A: Hi Kevin, The screws for the door bracket will be Phillips head or Allen key. All tools for assembly should be included, and please note the mounts are screwed to the backboard, so your door stays intact. -SKLZ Support Team

Waste of time
Worst mini hoop I’ve tried to put together. Never had a problem with other brands but this was the third hoop I got for the house and the instruction manual was so small I couldn’t even read the instructions printed. Even after interpreting the instructions as best as possible, the screws didn’t even align correctly for the mounts to hang on the door. Wasted a good hour trying to put it together before realizing the screws didn’t even fit. Please go with Spalding or Franklins mini hoops, much better to assemble.

You have cheapened this pro hoop!!!!
We just replaced our third pro hoop xl. Kids use it ALL the time in lot family room. The last 2 were fine, but the most recent one is terrible. Construction of hoop has changed and is cheaper, and ball is terrible. Instead of the regular ball it used to be, now it’s a cheap rubber ball, more like a toy for a toddler. Funny how price hasn’t changed, but quality went WAY down. Will never purchase again.

heavy duty spring rim on a piece of junk backboard
we love sklz products. however, they need to beef up this pro mini hoop. kids love this item but it breaks to quickly. chiristmas gift broken in 6 weeks. the problem is the heavy spring rim is attached to weak, cheap plastic bacboard. there is a tremendous amount of torque and stress on product. end result: broken in two pieces backboard.

Great Indoor Hoop
Well made hoop. Excellent initial quality and durability. stands up to regular rough play. Recommend getting a foam ball. The inflatable rubber ball is a bit too heavy and hard/bouncy.
