    Better in a smoothie than on its own

So i decided to test it making a smoothie in a blender. That worked much better and i added strawberries and blueberries. If you like sour taste you will probably like this.

I love that it has 20g of protein per scoop and doesn’t contain any dyes. One tip, definitely wait the recommended minute after mixing it to let the foam settle down, because it makes the drink much better. It’s a great alternative to heavier protein shakes and perfect for me as a busy mom who needs a quick protein boost. It made me feel great!

I added one scoop of this powder mix to a glass of water and blended it with a hand mixer. I let the foam settle until I tried it. I think the taste is a subtle tropical taste not too sweet at all. I want to try it with some fresh fruit next time. It’s not chalky and I like how clear it is in the glass. I would definitely purchase again, this is added to my morning rotation.

I was disappointed by the flavor but it’s still worth getting in extra protein through the day. I’ve enjoyed other brands more but still would try the other flavors.

It doesn’t taste super powdery the way some protein can taste. It was hard to fully mix together though. It was pretty refreshing alternative to a thick protein shake is something that I would definitely enjoy from time to time, but not on a regular basis.

    Perfect start to a workout

This one is literally like a lemonade, but with 20g of protein per scoop. I’ve had mixed results in my experience with clear protein powders, so I tend to stick with my usual brand consistently. I recently tried Isopure’s Clear Protein in Tropical Punch flavor and am pleasantly surprised. This is easy to make - either shaken or blended. I prefer to blend mine and then drink them partially thawed. I made this with ice, water, and a few frozen strawberries. Once partially melted, I enjoyed it very much. The initial taste is a bit sour but I quickly adjusted and then found it to become quite sweet and refreshing. It’s delicious, and my stomach tolerated it very well. Not only that, but I felt good after drinking it and found it to boost my energy level as well. I appreciate that this has 20g of protein per scoop and is keto friendly with only 1g of sugar and 90 calories. I think this is a nice quality clear protein powder and like it a lot!

The ingredients are very clean and has very good protein. Shelf life is pretty good also. Would probably skip this as one of my protein options but it is still really good.
