Would never buy again. I would have been better off buying ice packs or making my own. The pads don’t get cold enough or last for 2 minutes. The instructions don’t give the results that it says in the steps.

I was not impressed with these; they were cold significantly less time than the ones I got from the hospital. Additionally, the adhesive stuck to my underwear so strongly that I ended up having to throw the underwear away.

Good for some, not for me.
I was excited to use these for relief post Bartholin cyst/abscess procedure. Unfortunately, I don't feel any cold nor relief from this product. However, the extra padding is comfortable to sleep in. I tried 2 pads thinking I did something incorrectly, but both have not worked to my liking.

Best Product for the battle with female cancers

First-time mom with a 2nd degree tear - and let me tell you, these packs were lifesavers. It's very similar to what the hospital gave out, but the reason I bought these instead of the cheaper no-name ones is that these have a little sticky tape on the back that helps stick to your underwear so it doesn't shift as you move around. That sounds like it's not a big deal, but when you're also actively bleeding a lot, this is a critical piece of information. I literally bought 3 additional packs and used every single one.
