Good source of protein without the extra salt
Blue Diamond lighted salted selection are great. I’ve tried the walnuts and almonds. They are low sodium, with just a light sprinkling. They are delicious and packed with protein

Good quality and worth it the price.
I found the appearance to coincide with the freshness as this was very much appreciated. The packaging itself was twofold in that the durability was displayed with the convenience of easily being able to-open product.

These almonds were a disappointment. To be fair, I'm not big on almonds.. but I tried something new, and regretted it. They smell good, were firm, and tasted as fresh as a prepackaged product could.. the low sodium was appreciated, as my family member has to watch their intake.

I love these almonds!! The lightly salted are by far the best tasting and are the most delicious snack. Not only do I love to just grab a handful to eat but I also love to add them to my charcuterie boards. They also are always a reminder of my grandfather who absolutely adores a good nut!
