    Fake fake fake avocado oil!!! Buyer beware!

    I purchased this product earlier in the year and didn’t really notice much of anything about the quality, taste or smell. I repurchased it again a month apart and now noticing a very strange smell (not rancid), but a sort of stench that comes with poor quality vegetable oil. I had my suspicions and I looked it up online and what do you know? There’s an active lawsuits going on as we speak against Good and Gather selling a fake adulterated cheap oil passing it off as 100% pure avocado oil. We all know how seed oil can affect our health, so please please beware of Good and Gather. I also believe their Organic Raw Unfiltered Honey is also fake—probably corn starch mixed with high fructose corn syrup.

    Lower smome point than advertised

    I don’t think this is 100% avocado oil. I have tried using it to season my cast iron pan and baking it at 425 it smokes. It’s not a problem I’ve had with other oils and it leads me to believe that this isn’t authentic.

    Great for hair, not just the kitchen

    I was looking at fancy hair oils and notice a lot contained avocado oil. So I bought this one and it works great! If you have very dry hair I highly recommend adding this to your routine.
