Description

This Digital Coax Cable is made from premium quality RG-6/U with double copper braid shielding to prevent signal degradation caused by EMI and RFI interference. This cable is ideal for conducting S/PDIF digital audio signals and other high-bandwidth content, but it can also be used for composite video and other line level RCA signals. The CL2 rating on this cable indicates that the jacket has been treated so that it complies with fire safety regulations, making it safe for use through or within the walls of residential class buildings.

    Good shielding for 35 feet; no interference

    I bought this to connect my subwoofer to stereo across a small room. I mounted up and over my door frame with relative ease and flexibility. At 35 feet, I did not get any interference or �thumping� sounds. Connectors are of good quality too.

    Amazing Cable for Price

    I review audiophile equipment and I would recommend this cable before you spend more money. Like all of Monoprice products it has a good quality build and uses good materials. Audio Bacon gave the less expensive one a thumbs up in a digital-cable shoot out with some very pricey competition.

    Way to go--don't go w/ wimpy subwoofer cable

    Was using a cheap skinny subwoofer cable, securely connected, and hearing hum when set to anywhere near half volume. Ordered a 12 ft version of this and hum is history.

    Very good quality cable at an excellent price. If I had two subwoofers, I would buy another.

    I was experiencing a random hum from my subwoofer until I replaced the skinny cable with this cable. Problem solved.
