Stopped working after 1 week

This didn’t even last us three months before it started to leak. My daughter’s room/floor was so covered with water it started leaking down to another floor of our house.

Stopped working after three months, which sucks when you pay almost $50 for something

it leaked water all over our hardwood floor within the first 3 times we used it.

The on/off button stopped working after less than a week

Not easy to clean. Feels cheap. Water vapor escapes through the seams if the top isn’t perfectly adjusted. Also the vapor pads they include smell pretty terrible.

Like all the other one star reviews, it suddenly stopped working about six months after purchasing. Very, very cheaply made product.

I used this for less than 1 week and mold is already growing on the inside. Even with the use of distilled/filter water.

Worked a few times. Such a waste

So I know that for this price I really shouldn't expect like a big giant puff missed to be coming out when it's at its max level but the sheer audacity for this items max level to be at the bare minimum of others that I've seen for a similar price, is abysmal!

I bought this model originally because I really liked the look. I only use it at most 2-3 months of year, I use it exactly per the manual and clean it thoroughly every week exactly as recommended, and store in the originally box in a clean, dry place the months not in use. I’ve had 2 of these and after a couple of years, they just randomly stop working. I reached out to customer service the first time it happened and received a complimentary replacement model, then a couple of years later when that one also suddenly stopped working, I again reached out to customer service but they would NOT replace it. So I will not be buying from this company anymore since I want quality products that last, especially when taken care of. Also, both of the customer service reps I spoke to each time had a slight attitude which isn’t good customer service either.

Cheap. Not many good options out there. It leaks and ruins things

Whenever the winter comes, we are sure to end up dried out and miserable. This helped to change that last winter.

Started leaking 3-4 months after using and had to trash. Ruined the top of my daughter’s dresser since it leaked and we didn’t realize until the following day when my daughter woke up.

I've now purchased this item twice. The first unit lasted for 4 months and then stopped working. I purchased a second unit because I really liked it (when it worked!) and it only lasted three months before it stopped producing mist. I troubleshooted to no avail. I would recommend purchasing the protection plan with this unit because you will need it! 0/2!

Literally just stops working. You'll turn it on and when you wake up it's off and won't turn back on

Same as everyone else- broke within a month. The handle breaks and water leaks out all around the humidifier. We bought one and thought maybe it was faulty because it broke after the first time, returned and bought a new one. Same exact thing happened the second time. Don’t waste your money.

Purchased this to run in my daughter’s room when she was sick. Simple to use and have had no issues with keeping it clean.

As others have stated, it breaks easily. I've had it 4 months now, the handle broke a week ago and the blue top gets stuck. Just broke the blue top trying to get it unstuck and now it's worthless.
