Do not buy
These are not no stick. Maybe for the first couple of weeks they worked as very poor non stick pans. Now after a couple of months of daily use they are hard to clean leaving a dark stain on them and food sticks. We do use oil to lubricate and do not use excessive heat. We have never put them in a dishwasher. We are very dissapointed and they are headed for the garbage and I will be buying cheaper pans that work.

Buyer beware, set is junk and sticks.
Bought for our daughter and son in law for Christmas 2024, the large fry pan began sticking about 4 months of use. They use only silicone utensils. I emailed cuisinart customer service, sent them pics they requested, they replaced the large fry pan. 3 months later it also began sticking. This set is junk and is not worth the money I spent.

Best Cookware Ever!!!
These are by far the nicest cookware I have ever owned. Food does not stick to them. Cleaning is a breeze. The fact they do not contain any harmful coating is a key factor in selecting this cookware set. Highly recommend.

enjoying my new cookware.
So far I have enjoyed cooking with my new cookware,the only thing I could complain about is the lids are solid and my last cookware had glass lids so it was easy to see if the contents were getting ready to boil over. I miss that.

Great pots with amazing nonstick surface!
