It's perfect for my purposes. I'm doing a project now using wire that has a slightly thinner plastic insulation than the older wire had. My old cutter/stripper couldn't do the job. The one you sent works just fine! I will recommend it.

I bought those to cut/strip 12awg speaker wire. These seem heavy duty, quickly/eaisly cut & strip wire.

This is not a tool for a lifetime Electrician.. but it is a good tool for everyone else. it has better functionality compared to what I get at the Big Box stores .. for instance cutting wire to length is just as common as stripping it and often you have multiple wires in the same sheath (for CAT6 or Power wire) this makes quick work of those thick or multi conductor wires. and the strippers are perfectly sufficient. I have a toolbag that goes with me and this has earned a good spot in it.
