Bulb failure
We have 2 of these floor lamps and one of the lamps has a bulb that flickers and is unusable. Can we replace the bulb?

Bulb failed after 3,000 hours not 350,000!
Integrated LED bulb burnt out after approximately 3,000 hours of use, not the 350,000 hours advertised. Lamp is useless once the bulb burns out because it cannot be changed. I'll never buy an integrated circuit lamp again. All this metal just goes to waste as well as my money.

Do NOT buy
Do NOT buy. I like it and bought two. BUT the uplight on one of them burnt out within two months. Lamps Plus traded it for a new one. Now the second one, after about twelve months, has burnt out. The bulbs are not replaceable and even if I left it on 24/7, it wouldn't exceed the bulb life stated. Very low quality and now two have gone to a landfill in a year.

A lamp with a bulb that is not replaceable?? Stupidest idea ever. Love the look but it died at about 1 year. Definitely not environmentally friendly.

Not worth it
Love the look and dimming capacity. Easy assembly. However, I am less than a year and a half from purchase and the LED torchiere lights died. Since they are not replaceable, this is not worth the money spent on the lamp. Even if I kept the light on 24 hours a day, it would still not have reached the average advertised led life expectancy. Very disappointing.

Major Disappointment
I am very disappointed in lamps plus and this lamp. Actually, I loved this lamp UNTIL the top light failed in less than two years. I had about 5000 hours of use; the lamp tag suggested 30,000 to 35,000 hours. Unfortunately, the warranty is only one year. The lamp cannot be repaired according to the local store. I am most disappointed in Lamps Plus for not standing behind their products.

Defective LED on lower arm
We have owned this lamp for about 10 months. One night there was suddenly a snap and a popping sound and smoke started coming from the lower arm LED circuit board. We love the lamp, but extremely disappointed that it failed already. Is the lower arm LED lamp replaceable?

Did not last long
We bought two lamps and after 10 months of nightly use(2-3 hours per night) the main bulb burned out on both lamps. We had thought these LED bulbs would last longer than 10 months, even for the sale price. Since these bulbs are not replaceable, we have to get new lamps, so we didn't save any money after all.

Not recommended
I cannot recommend this lamp. The side arm light is great for tasks or reading. However, after one year the torchiere stopped working and now comes on now and then. The base is very soft medal, arrived with a dent, and is dented by anything near it.
