Ridiculous to Sharpen
I recently purchased the Almay all day intense gel eyeliner because I was looking for a plum color. In order to sharpen the point of this pencil again, is the most ridiculous procedure I have ever encountered! I will never ever purchase this again!

Don't buy it!
What a disappointment! I had an Almay blue pencil eyeliner that I used for a long time until it was so small I had to toss it. Well, I've already tossed this one after just a few uses. There's no way to sharpen it and no way to extend the tip. It is either warn down or pushed back into the pencil. What a waste of money!

As many have stated, it's nearly impossible to sharpen. It's apparent this company doesn't care about the people whose money made them the millions they reap in since not one company rep responded. Ladies there are too many other gel eyeliners made by corporations who are deserving of your money. Take to the court of public opinion and spread the word to boycott Almay.

Worst Eye Pencil Ever
Clumps of dark pieces on eyes, does not go on evenly, looks like it has been on for days after immediately applying. No obvious way to extend color. AWFUL. Waste of money.

Mechanics not good, a waste
I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I only found because I was googling how to twist it up and it doesn’t. Not sharpenable either. I used it three times and will now have to throw away for another brand. The three times I used I liked it but hate that so much is wasted due to poor mechanics.

I LOVE the color (plum) but I am SUPER frustrated and disappointed in the style of this pencil. Several reviews say the same thing - but it looks like Almay is not listening and making changes. This is an expensive eye pencil and again, the color is beautiful. But after one week of use, I had to search the internet on how to twist or get more of the eyeliner out. Apparently I have to sharpen it - nowhere on the packaging did it mention this. Also, the reviews show that people who have tried this - it doesn't work. Come on Almay - pay attention to reviews and fix this issue!

Defective
I can sharpen it BUT the eyeliner doe not work at all. I apply it to eye lid but it doesn’t work its like the liner is dried up !! I purchased the same Almay product and it worked. I think this one was defective. Writing this review for others who bought the defective batch.

Horrible Design
This is the worst eyeliner pencil design. Does not twist up like all other eyeliners. Packaging comes with absolutely no instructions on how to advance the liner stick up the tube nor how to sharpen the liner, other than "easy to sharpen". False. Will return for full refund.
