Broken Cord
Well I can see from other reviews that the cord easily breaking is a common thing. Unfortunately, I didn't look into this beforehand, and mine started not working properly within a few weeks of purchasing. Sometimes it won't turn on and I have to fiddle with the cord. I can see the USB-C prong in loose, and it's only a matter of time before it stops working completely.

Product Is As Expected
I haven’t owned this long enough yet to know if it’s working, but it is exactly as expected. Settings are easy to adjust, and it fits perfectly on the corner of my dining room table, which is currently being used as a desk for work.

Broken Cord
Well I can see from other reviews that this broken cord thing seems to be the norm. Might I recommend that you guys stop cheaping out on cords and offer quality products as this is quite inconvenient and hurts the reputation of your company. The light itself was fantastic and I really was enjoying it so yes, disappointed to say the least and beyond annoyed at the inconvenience of dealing with this.

Needs improvement
Nice light, but the timer is difficult to use. It doesn’t register when you touch it unless you press hard. I also wish you could change the angle by tilting it.

Here Comes the Sun
Comprehensive user's manual. Product is as was expected. My favorite features of this model are: It's shape is like having a little Sun on my Michigan winter desk. Adjustibility in light intensity is key to my avoiding headaches. We're batting 90% there. My absolute favorite is the timer feature. I can turn that on and truly make the Happy Light a part of the background. My only "suggestion" is that while reaching to set the timer, it is too easy to bump the light control. The change can be jarring.

USB connector breaks
I have now broken the USB power adapter twice, once from simply tipping it over on my table and rendering it unusable. The light itself it great and has made a big difference in my morning wakefulness, but the durability of the product is poor. Why they use USB type C for a simple 2 wire connection is beyond me. I have gone to the length of soldering the leads from the power supply to the light, as it should have been done from the factory, because I'm concerned it will break again if it's replaced. Unless you have soldering skills, wait for a revised product before purchasing.

The charging cord will break
I have purchased 2 models of this lamp, both of which no longer work. The design of the charging cord is flawed. The charging cord and the port will break, making the lamp an expensive paperweight. Verilux knows this is a common issue with this lamp, yet they still continue to sell a defective product. They used to sell a replacement charging cord, but they discontinued it. Guess Verilux could not admit that they are selling a popular defective product. Sales must be more important than service.

Wonderful light!
We bought this just under a year ago, and it really has made a big difference for us. It has become part of our regular routine, which also means my husband and I have quiet uninterrupted conversation time as we set together with the light. Sadly, the power cord broke (so 4 stars not 5) so we are waiting patiently for the new one and missing our conversations. But it is amazing how they really help ... it was hard to tell just how much until we didn't have it anymore.
