A Happy Customer
Just put the product in use. It seems very good. The tracking on SHOP was originally an issue as it did not recognize the number for a few days following shipment. It took longer than expected to receive the product but that seems more of a FEDEX matter. I previously had a VERILUX product purchased through SHARPER IMAGE prior to the first bankruptcy. The product was dependable and durable. I even had to change the bulb twice. Overall very happy with the company and its lights.

Great light. Too bad it's dead so soon.
We had the old CFL Verilux floor for a number of years. We bought a new LED floor lamp TWO years ago. It provided great light but it died a few days ago. All the wiring is intact and so the problem must be the LED itself. However, there is no way to get a new LED for the lamp. Now, it has become another piece of expensive junk to throw away.

Just What I Needed
I bought this lamp in black a few years ago and am very happy with it. When my reading lamp above my bed quit working, I moved the SmartLight into my bedroom and I'm happy with it in there, too. But I knew when the darker days of winter come, I was going to need that SmartLight reading lamp in my living room. I wanted another black one, but I couldn't find it on your website. So I ordered the white one and I'm very satisfied with it in the living room, too.

Love it
Even though I’ve only had this lamp a few days, I already love it. Seems very sturdy. I like that there are different “temperature” settings and brightness levels. The touch control is nice. I wanted it for for doing needlework and reading, and it’s absolutely perfect. My husband is getting tired of hearing how happy I am about my lamp! :)

Good light, Base heavy
I love the light. At first the base kept falling off every time I moved it and that pulled the cord apart, UGH!!! Had to have my grown son with lots of strength tighten the screw when he came for a visit . NOW! after moving , I have missed placed the power cord . Please help me replace the cord .

Very Bad Design
This is my 3rd Verilux lamp. The first 2 were great and lasted ages. This one was almost impossible to put together. It had to be screwed together using “super human” strength. In other words- by someone stronger than anyone is our household including a very strong handyman. It now stands at an angle and wobbles. Disappointing and possible dangerous.
