Description

The Worx Nitro WX845L 20V Power Share 7.25 in. Cordless Sliding Compound Miter Saw has the power, expanded functionality, and run time needed to tackle advanced DIY projects or to use for professional work. This 20V Miter Saw is part of the Worx Nitro line of battery-powered tools, which, when paired with Power Share PRO high-capacity batteries, offer extended run times, plus more power and performance than other battery-operated tools on the market. 8-1/4 in. of maximum cutting capacity (@ 90°) gives this Sliding Miter Saw professional-grade operability (5-3/4 in. @ 45°). Work holding clamps on both sides of the blade and the extension wings hold projects of all sizes securely in place for safer, more efficient cutting, making this saw great at cutting flooring, crown molding, door frames and more. The bevel knob ranges from 0-45° allowing for perfect miter cuts, and cutting depth adjustments make partial cuts, dadoes and rabbets easy (maximum cutting thickness: 2-1/4 in @ 90°, 1.63 in. @ 45°), while the miter detents are handy for cutting the most common angles. This Sliding Miter Saw spins the 7-1/4 in. blade (5/8 in. arbor) at 3600 RPM of no-load speed. And when using a 4.0Ah Power Share PRO battery it offers longer run times than typical 20V Miter Saws. (Up to twice as long as standard 2.0Ah batteries.) It weighs only 21 lbs. so it’s easy to transport from the workshop to the jobsite, saving you the time and hassle of bringing projects back and forth.

Wonderful too to have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I treated this saw to myself on my birthday. Been doing finish carpentry work and wanted the accuracy that a miter saw enabled. All my electric tools are Worx so I was able to justify the purchase with the battery-share feature. I was amazed at the heavy-duty quality of this saw, especially for the price. I thought it was going to be a lot of lightweight plastic but it is sturdy metal. It has made my projects beautiful and enjoyable.

Amazing tool for the home!!

Firstly, the tool works as it should for its intended purpose. I am quite impressed with the saws low weight and how quiet the saw operates. I use this for household projects and picture frame making and it’s the perfect fit!

Handy for many on the job uses!

I had been looking for a smaller miter saw and was looking for one that used a battery. There are many times I need the convenience of tools that don’t need electricity. This Worx tool has really been reliable and convenient. Have really enjoyed the efficiency from this product.

Works As Advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went this route because I have very many Worx tools and batteries. Overall I like the saw nad have used it for crown molding and other finish work projects. I would have given it 5 stars except I don't care for the feature that hold the work in place and the fence is to low for wider casing to be able to stand them on edge and cut 45 degree splice joints. As with all Worx tools ios is a good useful product.

Great tool & battery power adds flexibility

The tool is solidly built & user ready right out of the box (I already owned a few fully charged batteries, so I know that helped). I had trouble releasing a locking pin, but the Smart interactive Tech Support showed me how to figure that out easily. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase, the tool, & the product support.

Awesome Saw!!!

I'm a 67-yr-pld DIY female and I can tell you that this saw works fantastic! I recently had some work done at my house and the 2 men doing the work used the saw and said it was a great tool! So good, they left their table saw on the truck and used mine that day! Buy it, you won't be disappointed! It does it all, has a long battery life and is a quality product!

Nice cordless saw!

I was happy with the battery life and the saw handled the job fine. I like the light feature that casts a shadow line on your material to show where the cut line is as well as the hold down bar to keep material from flipping to the ground. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

Every DIYer needs one!!

I have a 12" miter saw for big jobs but it's heavy and awkward to use for smaller molding. I saw this knew it would be my go-to tool for most of the miter work I have to do. Perfect size and easy to maneuver. I use numerous Worx tools so I already had the batteries and chargers. This was a no brainer!!

Great Features,as being portable to remote sites

Love it, another great Worx tool!
