Regression & needed to go back to Swanson w/ TRAACS

So bummed I bought two of these. I became constipated and was waking at 3 a.m. every night when I switched to this one. I had to go back to the one with TRAACS technology and it fixed everything night one. I loved the Swanson brand of mag/calcium w/ D & K but really need to be off that D right now due to taking a different very high dose the doctor is recommending for a month. The Swanson with only magnesium/calcium is the wrong balance of those two. I am paying for the unnecessary addition of the D/K so I can sleep and be regular again. This is a good price if it works for you.
