If you do highlight the same thing over and over there can be some bleeding but I find one pass over is just fine. These highlighters ARE legit, but beware! They are very liquidy and can bleed through your papers. This happened in both textbooks and printed out paper. This would not deter me from using them, but could be an issue for some. The chisel tip is solid and doesn’t wear down easily like some other brands. I will also mention that these can pick up the color of your text and kind of smear if you are not mindful.

These are great to use when going through your notes! Only thing I don't like about it is how they smear your words a little and leaves it streaky. Would like if they have the option to make it a finer highlight and be able to swap to a thicker highlight! They're great value for what you get though!
