Q: Why doesn't this screw on top go back on correctly? This is my 2nd purchase and both were messed up and then the product dries out :0/ Is there a trick to getting the top on tight?

Only complaints are that theses ones DO NOT STAY IN PLACE AT ALL. I use the Puffiness ones and those DO STAY IN PLACE, I have to lay down in bed to use these since I've already opened it up.

I recently purchased these to have a bulk supply of under eye masks in lieu of a bunch of individual packs. Noticed a more hydrated, refreshed look to my under eyes after each use. I had a similar problem as others with them sliding down but only with the first pair. Overall would probably buy again.

I LOVE THESE! I’ve been wanting to try these for so long and they are so worth it, I love how many it comes with and I use them in the morning when I have puffy eyes, I pop them in the freezer for a bit and put them on and omg does the job and more!

These are perfect! I find that under eye patches are either too thin or don’t hydrate well, but these are great. They’re the perfect thickness, and they stay cold for a long time even after contact with skin. I’m reading in bed and have had them on for about 30 minutes and they’re still cold and don’t feel dry at all. I was worried about sliding because others mentioned it, but I don’t experience this. I got ready for work (changed, brushed teeth, packed lunch, let dog out, and did a load of laundry) and they stayed the entire time. I will say that I always wash my face, do my regular skincare routine, and then apply these. I’m not sure if people who left negative reviews were applying these to unwashed/oily skin? Even so, I use a very thick nighttime moisturizer with these and they don’t slide at all. These are amazing.
