    Leaking oil from the resistance

    Leaking oil from the resistance cylinder, while unpacking we noticed oil, after wiping off we continued the assembly, shortly after using the equipment I noticed oil stains on our carpet from the cylinder leak. Please advise?

    Seat position too low

    I was looking for a cardio glider. I don't like how low the seat sits. It is hard for me to reach the handle bars and start from the seat position.

    Complicated assembly, but well worth it!

    The assembly was more complicated than I expected (it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I haven't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine doesn't feel like a beginner machine - I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

    Big Workout on a Small Machine

    I love this machine, I bought it second hand & its so strong & sturdy. I get an amazing upper body, abd & guads/glute workout in minutes. Simply unbelievable, Sunny Fitness you did great!!! But I love all your stuff:tada::tada::tada:

    Excellent Workout Gear !

    I really like my Pro Row 'n' Ride which I work out on almost every day following my time on my StairMaster in my home gym...I believe it's helping me stay in shape, although I wish I knew how long is best on a daily basis at level 12.

    Get this machine!

    I have had this for a week now and love love love it! It is silent and offers terrific resistance. I feel this all over. The movement is easy to accomplish. It was easy to assemble and I’m a 63 year old lady. You will be exercising within the hour. I highly recommend this machine for all ages and fitness levels.

    So far, I love it! It was so easy to assemble. I did it myself. The tools were included, nothing extra needed. The instructions were very simple and took less than an hour. The equipment itself seems very sturdy and easy to use. I like it most for the stretch it gives my lower back but it is a good workout. I can feel it everywhere! I'm happy I decided on the pro with hydraulic adjustment as opposed to the version with the bands.

    I was very happy with

    I was very happy with the easy assembly. I’m 70 years old and don’t have the greatest eye sight, the instructions were easy to read and follow. The price of the machine is reasonable. I have been working out almost every day. Got my seat adjusted and away I go.
