    I like all the Atkins wafers. They’re more filling than I expected. At home, I put them in the freezer. I take one out, wait a few minutes, and twist or slice the layers apart. More bites! Sometimes I add a low carb peanut butter to the chocolate wafer.

    Great tasting bars, but...

    For 1gram of sugar in protein wafer crisps, and just 2 grams of sugar in both the chocolate peanut butter bar & the chocolate almond bar, why do these bars seem to increase my blood sugar numbers on a consist basis? They are great tasting, but glucose numbers are concerning.

    Not the same formula not worth it

    Used to be like an Oreo cookie bar in 2021, most definitely different now— much drier, more alt sweetener taste, less chocolatey. The box is brand new, so not an expiry issue. I won’t buy these again unless improved. Not the worst but not worth the price for me.

    Diabetics beware!

    Beware if you are diabetic. These taste great but severely spiked my blood sugar…went from a 111 level to 335. They don’t tell you that. If you are not diabetic and just doing keto, they are really good.
