10/10 it works!!
I don’t ever write reviews... but this made my pumping experience from miserable to manageable. I also breastfeed and it doesn’t affect my baby.

Nothing better!!
I’ve tried so many nipple cream/balms but nothing compares to this one. It’s AMAZING!! Moisturizing and healing, but the best part is that it’s safe for your baby.

My Go-To Butter
Worked well to keep nipples hydrated after breastfeeding. No need to wash off either! Great for pumping too (used as lube) as well as on baby for dry skin. This is all I used on cracked nipples as well. Trust the process and with time it will heal!

LOVE
Decided to purchase because my store was out of lansinoh cream which is what I used all throughout my first time BF into my second. I LOVE this product. It’s very smooth, not sticky and has a great cocoa smell. I notice baby also doesn’t wince at the initial taste of it when latching on. Soothes and prevents cracks and dryness definitely recommend.

Nipple Savior
Honestly where would my nipples be without this!?! The lanolin at the hospital was horrible and I thought my nipples would never survive breastfeeding, turns out all I needed was earth mama nipple butter! Such relief after every nursing and pumping session! Love, love, love!

This nipple butter is the only one that I will use and trust for my baby. There are no creepy ingredients and this is all organic so you know it’s the safest option available. It is also the best quality butter I have used.

Got an infection!
Wish I could give zero stars. I used this because they were out of stock of my normal nipple balm. This gave me no protection. My nipple became dry and chapped and I ended up with an infection! On antibiotics as we speak! I had been using my other nipple balm almost 5 months with no issues, use this once…. Infection…. Wish I could get my money back!

Healed my broken, itchy, perimenopause nipple
I rarely ever write reviews but when something over the top helps I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. I’ve been going through perimenopause and my skin and nipples itch constantly. One of my nipples had itched so badly it was completely laid open. I freaked out, was nervous I’d end up with an infection and all the worst case scenarios. I read tons of reviews by nursing mothers raving about this product and figured it would be worth a try. It’s been five days and the nipple is completely healed and you can’t even tell it was ever separated. I’m in total shock to be honest. If you have something similar or broken skin at all I would definitely give this a try it’s an amazing product and I am so thankful for it!

10/10
I got this over a year ago when my daughter was born. It saved me the first few days of breastfeeding while my body adjusted. I’ve used it almost every day since as chapstick and there is still almost half of it left. This stuff is a miracle, seriously.

Last so long!
I breastfeed and pump multiple times per day and this is the only thing that gets me through. Plus this can be used for chapped lips, heels, and dry knuckles in the winter!

Good, but not the MOST protective
I’m going to leave my full experience below to try to save other brave injured breastfeeding mamas some time… For nipple butters, I tried Frida, Motherlove, and Earth Mama (my previous holy grail with my first kid), and Lansinoh is the GOAT for dry, itchy nipples needing some love due to breastfeeding. I apply it immediately after feeds or out of the shower. I am using it after EVERY feed now to keep my breastfeeding journey going. I still like the Earth Mama post showers (almost like a lotion for nipples), but for baby #2, it’s just not enough. It does smell great and feels safe to use for baby. Unfortunately, since they were itchy and dry-looking, I initially thought it was eczema, tried steroid cream, and that backfired big time. So one nipple is cracked and oozing, and I will say—the lanolin cream is not enough for that one. When cracked, my nipple needs hydrogel pads (again, Frida not good enough, Medela is great) for a few days to get the broken skin to epithelialize (grow a new skin in medical speak) and be reusable for breastfeeding again. I refresh the Medela hydrogels by rubbing with water, lay them sticky side up to dry over an upside down teacup, and restick them back on the oozing skin over 24h (or earlier if I feel like they need to be changed). To promote healing in the cracked nipple, I also use a Haakaa to collect milk on the injured side while I’m feeding baby exclusively on the non-injured side for a few days until the injured nipple heals. Again, hoping to save other brave injured mamas trying to breastfeed some time by leaving my experience to learn from!
