A: The narrower end goes to the front, Dee. Our Overnight pads are longer with the wings placed closer to the front, and a wider back offering increased protection while lying down.
Like this pad. Perfect for night time. Long and wide enough. Very comfortable, it didn’t bother me sleeping. Also it won’t irritate my skin. I have very sensitive skin. It easily to get red. It can take large amounts.

Be careful with these especially if you’re are very sensitive there . These gave me a uti because of the scent they irritated me down there so much . The scent is very very strong

Gets the job done
I been buying this brand since I was a young teen. Now I get for my daughters who love this brand the packaging and of course the quality of the pads works good for there flow.

Discretion
These pads Very discreet and it doesn’t show you have a pad on through clothing. Stick to your underwear with no movement and doesn’t irritate your skin.

These always pads are my new go to. They are soft and absorbent. Always original pads had a slicky plastic that you wore against you but these do not. Its a soft layer against your body. I usually buy these in 2 sizes and have them on hand.

I wear these every-time I am on my period. So comfortable and good flexibility. You have to change every couple hours just like any other feminine product, doesn’t smell bad at all. I never get any leaks onto underwear or wherever.

I’ve been using the Always Radiant Size 5 Extra Heavy Overnight Pads and they provide excellent protection all night long. The shape fits comfortably, the adhesive keeps it securely in place, and I wake up feeling dry and confident. The light clean scent is subtle and not irritating, even for sensitive skin. Good and affordable
This is affordable, the price is good. The protection is also good. Literally feels like you wearing nothing, so that’s a plus. It very flexible and it doesn’t leak at all. You will be protected throughout the day. It’s not to thin nor to thick, it’s right on the middle.

They are not harsh on the skin. Comfortable and leak proof. Different sizes allow for better coverage for whatever stage your period may be in. They are flexible and move with you so you don’t get bunched up. Disposing of them are easy.

Get the job done
These overnight pads are a must have if you have a heavy flow! They’re a bit bulky but get the job done. I always keep some on hand in case I get a surprise visit from aunt flow. Your sheets will thank you.
