Easy to move
I'm an older lady and I was able to put this together by myself. The instructions were mostly understandable. I wasn't able to attach the cross bar then flip it horizontally so I attached it with the controls already on top. Worked out fine. The remote didn't come with a battery. I couldn't find any information on the size needed. A 2032 button battery works. The manual doesn't instruct you to place the safety clip magnet in the slot in order to pair the remote. I thought I had a defective unit until I placed the magnet in the slot and tried pairing the remote. I'm not clear on how to set the times and programs. Might be a few trials and errors to figure it out. I think I'll like it. I don't need all the extras like the larger treadmills have. I'll be able to read and walk at the same time.

Been working great for me for 1.5 years!
I have been using this desk regularly for 1.5 years and still love it! I recommend it regularly to colleagues who see me walking while on zoom. I have an external screen, camera, keyboard and mouse all on the desk and they fit fine. I make it my habit to walk and work here for a couple of hours each morning until I hit 10,000 steps and then let myself sit. I usually do this on average 3-4 days per week. Tips: My pace is usually 1.5 mph and I find that\'s steady enough for me to not bounce too much on zoom / not bounce the screen or camera too much. I\'ve seen colleagues trying to go faster and it does get jarring on screen.

Great for home gym
This treadmill is awesome for work! I was worried the desk would not be big enough buy it is perfect. I am very busy at work and found the desk to be perfect height. I did not find it hard to type or use my mouse at all while working. Used it for an hour and before I knew it the time flew by and I had walked 2 miles and over 6000 steps! Excellent for people who sit all day and need to get moving more. It is quiet and the price is right for what you get - desk included. I just pull it in and out to change between sitting and walking and will store it upward when I want it out of the way.

Great if you don't have a lot of living space
As you can see from our picture, we don't have a lot of room to spare. We previously owned a cheap Weslo brand treadmill for years. It worked fine, but it was larger and less convenient. This Goplus is a little smaller and easier to move & store. The parts and construction are more sturdy than our older Weslo, and the assembly is very easy and takes less than an hour. Just make sure you connect the wire inside the right post, as we forgot to do that the first time we put it together. The treadmill will not work if the wire is not connected. The Goplus does not have a screen at the top, but rather shows you what you need at the bottom display by your feet. I like this better because I don't need the traditional top screen that most treadmills have. Instead, I can rest my phone or tablet on the top while I'm using it. It's very convenient if you want to use your phone or tablet while exercising. The bottom numbers show you the calories used, speed, distance, total steps and time. Overall, it's a more simple design, but it's sturdy and well made. It was about the same price as our old Weslo, but I like it a more for the size, sturdiness, and simplicity in use.

Absolutely perfect for my needs
When I can't find time to go for a walk each day, or the weather is bad and I'm always looking for a way to ground my day, this is the perfect solution. The machine is sturdy, easy to set up and easy to store. If you are looking for a great home office treadmill for yourself, I would say give it a try!

Perfect combination: musical treadmill + standup desk
I was a little bit confused on how to make the treadmill work with the handles down, but that's just because I wasn't following the instructions. The handles and the control panel has to be installed with the safety key on it, then push the panels down behind the treadmill with the safety key attached, otherwise, it won't work. I was able to figure it out immediately. I love there's a built-in bluetooth speaker !!! It's so awesome to jog or run with music on! It doesn't make that much noise when the treadmill is running. Overall, I think it's PERFECT and worth the money.

Love it
So far. I love the treadmill. Very easy to install, I did had a head scratcher cause I did not put the safety thing on and the treadmill didn't start. So make sure you do that. Love the table and that it can be removed. I work at home and reason why I got it. Great for the value. Not super fast if you looking for that. Top is 7.5. I recommend it!

So happy with it
Was easy to assemble. But the directions sucked. If your new to assembly there will be a struggle. The remote doesn't tell you which way to open the back and even which way the battery goes in so it was trial and error. Now it took me 15 minutes to get it up and running so that's why I said wasy

Good treadmill but the desk is not as tall as shown
So far, so good for this little workhorse. Since buying it a couple months ago it has been put to the test almost every day, and I'm enjoying it. I work from home and I've always wanted a setup to be able to walk and work on my computer. This has been great from that point of view. I have my laptop sitting on the desk and it's plugged into a TV screen hanging on the wall in front of me. When I'm not working, I'm watching Prime. The only complaint I have is that, based on the picture of the guy on the top of this listing, the work desk looks like it goes up to his chest. Well, unless he has dwarfism, it doesn't. A bit deceptive. I'm 5'11" and it goes up to my hips and does NOT adjust higher. I have to put my laptop on a small flat box about 4" high to make it workable to type. Other than that, I'm happy!

This thing is crazy. No battery in remote and no explanation as to the type of battery to buy. The cord is so short! Is a mess

fabulous
This treadmill was easy to assemble, very few parts. Easy to move around with the wheels. Love the removeable desk! Much smaller than the larger treadmills which I wanted. I merely wanted to be able to move/walk/jog when the weather isn't great and be able to get some computer work done. I only just got it but very happy. The beeps are loud if you are pressing anything to turn on, change speed,...etc. - but I think that it to let you know it is on, starting up and doing something. Otherwise, quiet. I hope it lasts!

Doesn't fold all the way down as shown in picture
I got this treadmill a while back. Thanks to other reviewers we were able to fix the issue of it not working by pulling the wire out of the arm. Recently I wanted to make it flat like the picture shown and there is absolutely no way to do it. The arms are metal. They do not fold. Even when you fully disassemble the top piece the handles are one solid metal piece. However for the treadmill to work, it needs to have the wire in the top part connected to the bottom. Once you remove the metal handle there is no way to reassemble it. Disappointing and misleading. When used as a desk or regular treadmill it worked fine. But not 3-in-1 as advertised.

Not quite as expected but does the job
I ordered this treadmill back in February 2023 from a different company. I came here to figure out how to fold it to a walking pad but it seemed several others had the same frustration. So I thought it'd be helpful to share this "how to" video. It's a great little treadmill. I use it for speed walking and my husband uses it to run on days that weather doesn't permit outside running. We have a small condo so the size of this was important for storing away when not in use. The tricky bit of that it wasn't until now (8 months later) that I learned how to fold it flat to use as a walking pad without the arms and console up. I called the manufacturer to speak with a rep but they couldn't help me so I emailed a couple of times. I finally heard back. They sent me a video about how to fold it flat. It take some doing but it is possible. 1. Unscrew the black knobs on the arms so that the console swings down. 2. Then unscrew the oblong white knobs down on either side where the arms meet the treadmill pad. This will allow you to fold the entire arms+console down behind the walking pad. Then put the knobs back on to secure them so you don't lose them. You should be able to operate the walking pad using the remote. I wish that the process to fold it down was more simple. I believe the photo of the woman walking on the pad without the arms and console is misleading. As you can see on the photo, it appears that the arms and console are not there. At best, it looks like maybe the arms are there but not the console. Otherwise, it does the job and takes up minimal space when not in use. I store it upright in the living room. It stands up nicely. Hope this review helps others.
