I really love the ability to add or subtract weight on this vest. The best is comfortable and fits well. My only drawback is the strap to close the vest is difficult to do by yourself. It did not come with instructions so it took a few tries to accomplish.

Great variable weight vest
It comes with solid bars, not sand bags, which is better in my opinion. The vest holds up to 30 lbs and the weight can be variable so you can add weight as you get stronger. I am fairly small, so the weight pulled on my shoulders since the vest is too big to tighten it securely at the waist with the Velcro straps which is the only negative and why I rated 4 stars.

This weight vest is meant to “fit most women”, but it is HUGE. It fits my 5’10 180 lb husband, and he even says if he could adjust it to be a little smaller he would.

Not recommended for thin women due to poor fit
This vest was too big for me. For reference, I’m a 116 lb woman who is 5’5” so I’m on the thin side. It should fit most average sized women. The description says it fits “most women” and shows an adjustable waist strap. Unfortunately, the waist strap was not adjustable enough, leaving several inches loose so the vest swung and hit my stomach uncomfortable while walking. If your waist is 30 inch or smaller, it probably won’t fit you. It might even still be a little loose for a 31 or 32 inch waist. The vest quality seemed ok, about what you’d expect for this price range. It seemed like it would have been comfortable if it had fit properly. The weights themselves seemed to be good quality and were easy to add and remove.

I really like this vest. I like that I can add weight from 3lbs to 33lbs. I'm a female and it fits perfect and is easy to put on. It's very comfortable and seems very well made. Plus can't beat the price. The weights aren't bags but solid bars which are way better.

Love this vest! I had originally started off with a one piece neoprene vest that smelled toxic. I purchased this one to replace the other, and will never go back. The bars only equal out to 25 lbs, but I’ve weighed myself with the vest on and right after without it, and overall it equals 30 when fully loaded. The vest itself without weight equals the extra 5 lbs. I like the ability to move the weights around and remove some if necessary. Highly recommend!

I had been looking at weighted vests for a while. 20 has been the max I've seen but at my weight it was recommended online I find a heavier vest. So at thirty lbs this seemed like my best option. I'm so happy I chose this style where I can add or remove the weights because thirty pounds is heavy. The weights are secure and in place with a flap and really strong Velcro. I feel confident with the weights strapped or held in while walking exercising bending over etc. This was definitely the best choice.

So far so good. My husband and I both are liking it. It’s easy to put on and take off and it fits both of us. The best part is that the weights are blocks rather than bags which I’ve heard get holes and leak. Wearing it has definitely made a difference.

I really like this weighted vest. It is comfortable for a woman’s body as the weights are below the chest. I like that there is no sand pouches and that the weighted bars are easy to get in or out so you can add as little or as much as you want. I can get it in and off by myself.

This weight vest seems very sturdy and comfortable for me —5.5” tall 150 lbs — I’ve been using it on HIIT style walks. The weights are easily removed and replaced. I can see using this for years and years to come!
