CAP Barbell Adjustable Ankle Pair Body Weight - Black 20lbs

1) The pictures are misleading, and only one of them actually shows the product. 2) Nowhere in the description does it mention that the weights are bags of sand. 3) The sand was in fairly light plastic, and the closure that kept the bags in was a zipper that went the length of the weight, and was so tight to the bags that I think pulling them out once or twice would have sand everywhere.

Not trying to be snarky, but these are not meant to be used for run around cardio, these are therapeutic muscle building weights for isolating and building muscle. These are basically the same thing I was given after knee surgery back in the 90’s to build my quad back up. Yes, they are clunky, it’s 5- 2 lb weights wrapped around your ankle. These replace having to buy a workout bench with a leg attachment and for the price, you can’t beat them. Are they the quality of the ones I had in the 90’s? Of course not, nothing is quality these days. But for my needs and $20, they will work just fine. Also, yes, they bury the fact that they are 2- 10 lb weights, but it is there, just have to dig into the specifics tab.

These are fine for lower body but harder for upper body as they are super wide and hard to adjust

The product description states "20lb Pair", but these are 10lb each weighing 20lb for BOTH weights. I find this very misleading. Compared to other ankle weight brands at 5lb each, these are more than twice the size, so yes, they are a bit large and bulky. The label says the weights are "100% Steel"– I'm not sure. The individual weights are black plastic (like contractor bag) filled with what feels like sand. I'm not going to cut them open.

This is not a real review but what do you guys expect from a ten pound weight on both ankles they’re gonna be bulky

Entirely too big and bulky. Straps do not tighten completely.

These wights are 10lb weights per leg so they are going to be heavy and bulky. These work great for the exercises I wanted them for. The only thing I don’t like is that the loops for the straps are plastic.

Huge and bulky they are not 2 20 pounds they are 2 10 pounds

These weights are HUGE. They are too large and heavy to wear comfortably. I will have to return them.

good product to improve my exercises

These are very uncomfortable as ankle weights. They are too bulky and the material is very scratchy and rough against the skin. Returning them for a different brand.
