Fairy Tales Curly-Q Spray Hair Gel - 8 fl oz: Softening, Calming, Sulfate-Free, Liquid

This spray gel is the perfect product for curly toddler hair! My son has fine but curly hair, and it needs a bit of styling to keep him from looking like Albert Einstein. I wet his hair a bit, spray some of this onto my hand and rub it between my palms, and then tuft it through his hair. It holds his curls amazingly without leaving any crunchiness! The scent is light and inoffensive as well.

My daughter’s hair is only wavy, but it’s so frizzy, and nothing I tried seemed to help! Of course, I wanted something specifically formulated for kids so it would be gentle and safe. Enter Curly-Q spray gel! It really does help to tame her flyaways, without weighing her hair down—or making it sticky, crunchy, or greasy! (Though admittedly it is a bit sticky at first, before it dries.) I usually smooth a small amount on top of her wet hair after using detangler and a Wet Brush. Sometimes I comb it again, but it is harder to do so once the gel is added, which is why I mostly stick to the top layer. I sometimes use a bit more over the top of her hair after I’ve braided it, and I always use a spritz or two in my hand to smooth her bangs/the baby hairs around her hairline. I’m so pleased with this!

Love it! My daughter has very thin and fine baby hair still (2.5 yo) but it’s extremely curly! It’s been so hard finding something that doesn’t weigh it down or is meant for thicker hair. This has been amazing. It’s like a hair spray because it’s keeps a hold but without the sticky tacky feeling of hair spray and it’s like mouse without the crunch or foam. Not sure how else to describe it but it makes it so much easier to style from dry hair in the morning or after a bath.
