    A little is all you need

    I have long hair and my hair is thin. I use this conditioner on the ends and work my way up, avoiding the roots or my hair will go flat. I use just a little bit and rub it in after I wash my hair, and let it sit in my hair for four minutes. Then I rinse well with cold water. air dry or blow dry, my hair looks nice and full. I use it twice a week.

    New Formula Dries Out My Hair

    I've used Pantene Sheer Volume (called Thick & Full before that) for years and have loved it. In the past month I noticed my hair is dry, dull and fragile, even my hair dresser made a comment. I have straight fine blonde mid length hair and it's usually shiny and soft and very strong. I don't blow dry, curl or use product on my hair. In the space of a month using the new formula, called Volume & Body, my hair looks and feels terrible. Why did they change? I've always been happy with Pantene (hence 3 stars instead of 1), but I will have to find a new regime. Very disappointed.
