Perfect for at home exercising
I participate in an online boot camp workout. The trainer has been bugging me to get a decent stepper. Finally purchased this one and I am very pleased with the quality and reliability. Easy to store and very durable.

This is just like the one I use in my physical therapy appointments. Great to be able to do this exercise at home. I know most people will be using this for step aerobics but for me with out the risers it is just the right height for my hip raises. Very pleased with this purchase. A quality product

Home workout
This is just exactly the size of equipment for the physical therapy workout that was recommended. It not too big and not too small for the space that I have available. When not in use it easily stores away in a convenient corner of my closet until needed.

No Physical Therapy!
I had a C3-7 cervical fusion last April. I used this riser, in addition to walking, to maintain leg strength and cardio/pulmonary function. As a result, the neurosurgeon was amazed at my recovery and said physical therapy would not be necessary. In November, I had lower back surgery. I wasn't able to start as soon as I had in April, but was doing so 2 weeks post-op. Incidentally, I'll be 73 next month, so I'm no spring chicken. THIS WORKS!!!

Very well made stepper!
I am glad I spent a little more money and got this stepper! I have huge feet and when I work out, I go at it pretty hard. Definitely a well-made product. I haven't even used the second set up risers (not yet anyways). I highly recommend this product!
