essence Double Trouble Mascara - 0.41 fl oz

I have straight lashes and struggle to find a good mascara since only waterproof mascara holds a curl. This mascara was pretty bad and did nothing to hold the curl. I've tried a lot of better mascaras from maybelline save ur money....

I have purchased extremely expensive mascara and every brand sold in retail stores, cover girl, maybe line, almay, physicians formula, you name it and none of those hold up to Essence double trouble! I love this mascara and quite literally buy them 5 at a time bc it’s hard to find sometimes! 10/10 recommend if you have long thick eyelashes!

Within 30 seconds of putting it on, my eyelashes were pin straight. I had curled them before applying this. Theo not reason I buy waterproof mascara is because it holds curl. Throwing this away

I really like this mascara! It makes my lashes long, curled, and thick. The price is really affordable.

I only wear this mascara, it’s sometimes hard to find because it sells out so fast. I used to use another very expensive mascara but it’s just a high price that’s not half as good as this Double Trouble Mascara!!

I absolutely love the black/blue water proof essence mascara but I saw this in store and it looked intriguing so I purchased. I was very disappointed though. For being more expensive than the black one, it wasn’t even close to it. It fell apart into pieces within 30mins-1hr without water. I showered and it came off like butter without any product, just water. While it applies smoother than the black one, it doesn’t matter because it won’t last on. I didn’t expect that. Don’t waste your money and keep getting the black version! I can cry all day and it won’t budge! I even need a special product for the black version!

The only mascara ive found lately that doesnt make my eyes burn. decent volume. not the best. not the worst.

It burns a lot and doesn’t work

this mascara is horrible and clumpy. I think the brush is too bag or the product is too thick for the results

The mascara is very dry, when i put it on my lashes it was really clumpy and it felt like my eyelashes were being pulled because of how dry it was. My eyelashes would also randomly start burning throughout the day. I did really like the brush though, but the actual mascara isnt that good

I needed an affordable mascara that actually worked and this one was a winner. I like that is has a double sided brush

This is a must try! It separates your lashes and gives you a long full look. I love how it does not clump up. And for it being waterproof, it washes off seamlessly. This is by far my favorite essence mascara.

I’m not sure if this is truly waterproof. I have to use waterproof because regular mascara doesn’t hold a curl but this one made my lashes go straight. It also doesn’t build up for a full glam look.

I was pretty surprised when I got this because it lived up to the hype. It lived up to the hype because there wasn't any flakes which most drugstore mascara tend to do and so that why I stook to this Japanese waterproof mascara called Kiss Me Heroine Long Up Mascara which didn't flake but it is $$Pricey. So I'm glad there is a cheaper option available.

I bought this mascara thinking it was just another average mascara that does nothing it claims, but I saw it was cheap and I really needed a mascara so I bought it. After I came home I tried it out wore it for a couple of hours, went outside and the mascara stayed almost the exact same even tho I live in a place with high humidity

This mascara surprised me in the best way. The pictures included are one eye with one coat compared to no mascara. The second picture is both eyes with two coats. And the third one is 10 hrs into wear time. I normally have sensitive eyes when it come to mascara but this didn’t make my eyes itchy or anything. Totally worth it!

This is a holy grail! It’s always been a makeup secret to use two different mascaras. This one has the best of both worlds, a fiber bristles and silicone bristles, so you only need this mascara. I use the waterproof, as it holds my heavy lashes up longer. I definitely recommend and I will continue to purchase.
