I bought this for my sons birthday and we were so excited. Unfortunately, it came missing the piece that connects the backboard and the pole. We can’t get ahold of anyone to get the missing part and Target only gives the option to return which we would rather not do since we got it on sale. Customer support has been horrible in order to have this resolved.

Not sturdy
Not sturdy. Even with the base full of sand it has been knocked down several times due to wind. Any wind will knock this hoop down not just heavy storms. We have used it maybe 5 times and the rim is so bent that it needs to be replaced. Our neighbor has a similar hoop in nextdoor and has no issues.

Pretty nice basketball hoop; helps the kids get more active
Since my two younger children enjoy getting some physical activity outside, I thought this hoop would be a nice addition to my yard. It doesn\'t take up much space and is the appropriate height for some shooting. I fill up the bottom compartment with sand, and it sits there quite studily. There\'s a lot of storms in my area and it has stayed there in the same spot. It can also be adjusted to different heights, and the tallest height is a bit too tall for my children right now, but the one under it is just right. I like that I can adjust it as they grow. It was easy to put together and took a couple of hours. The hoop helps the children have something to do for entertainment when we are busy. The backboard on it is also really nice and sturdy. The black color on the hoop really suits my house, and it makes my yard look more complete and homely. There\'s also wheels on the hoop, making it really easy to move if I need extra space in my driveway. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase, and my children have been going outside more!

Seems like a pretty standard basketball hoop. I like the overall design. Seems pretty easy to use once as assembled. I would save this will probably take a few hours to assemble. I like the basketball who can be adjusted to different heights as my children will grow and need different height, basketball hoops. It seems pretty straightforward to assemble. Just make sure you read the directions carefully. I have some extra weights on the base to make make sure it doesn't fall over. However, you could just fill it with water or sand and I think you'll be OK. Seems like a nice basketball hoop overall.

My kids love it!
Everything in the box looked intact, the metal was good, and the quality was expensive. It came with instructions on how to assemble a basketball hoop, which took me less than 30 minutes to assemble. The height is adjustable and comes with a roller, which is great, the price is reasonable and I highly recommend it.

This basketball hoop is perfect for my seven-year-old son. It has wheels, so it\'s easy to move. Its height is adjustable and strong, and we add water to the base to make it even stronger. Price was great, but hoop was missing pieces. Very had to communicate with customer service. They kept transferring me back and forth. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Eventually I got a rep who was able to send a message to the company, who was not helpful. They did not want to replace the piece. Then when they did offer, they said it would take 3 months. I asked could they have someone pick up the item from my home, and they wanted to charge me. We had to take apart the hoop, rebox it and drive it to the store.
