    Poor packaging

    The item may be fine but this packaging and delivery were terrible. I have bought a few of these over the years and they come sealed and compressed. This one was uncovered dirty and wet upon arrival. I understand the box possibly being messed up but the item itself was not even sealed.

    Surprisingly Nice!

    Honestly, I didn't want to leave my bed after the 1st night I slept on it! I didn't expect it to work so nicely but I'm really glad I purchased it. I wake up with much less body aches and pains, and I sleep a little better too. I've only used the massaging side so far, and it's working well for me, so I don't think I'll be using the firm side. A little longer than my bed (Twin), but it wasn't an issue once my sheets were on. Wish I could give it 4.5 stars instead; it had a chemical smell, but it went away after some lysol and 2 days of airing it out!
