Learn how to use stainless steel and its a great option
I’m learning how to use stainless steel and this has been a bit of trial and error on my part. The pan itself is great. Heat distribution is fantastic, non stick (when heated properly), and the handles are sturdy. I warped it by trying to preheat it on high so don’t do that. Prior to my mistake we had zero issues. Will be repurchasing and adding a few more pieces to the collection.

Workhorse for a year and counting
At 1.25 gallons of capacity, this baby is perfect for making food in substantial batches, such as for meal prep. And oven safe is a plus! We've been trying to eliminate nonstick substances from our kitchen and this is exactly what I wanted. Has held up in the dishwasher fine over the year we've had it. Pretty much the only pan I reach for unless I need a deeper pot.

poor heat distribution
This pan does NOT distribute heat well on a gas stove. Bacon fit edge to edge but only cooked in the middle; the ends were not cooked. It only heats where the flame is; not in the direct center, not around the outer 1-2" of the pan. Sauted veggies got stuck in the middle of the pan, almost burning on the bottom. The only things I liked were you can use metal utensils and it cleaned well.

Great size, cooks and cleans up great!
I recently got a new range with an induction cooktop, and many of my old pans did not work on it. I got this pan for bigger dishes I might cook, and I'm really very pleased with it! It is really a beautiful pan, but the size is quite versatile too. Right now I used it to brown a chicken dish that is now braising away in my oven. The pan cooks nicely, and cleans up beautifully! I'm very happy with it and highly recommend!

Listen, this pan is really good. Great for searing and finishing in the oven. I have made so many dishes with this and I'm blown away by the quality. This should cost $100 but it's just a fraction of the price. Buy two, use two or gift one. Won't be disappointed!

Great addition to your kitchen!
I absolutely love this saute pan. It's a great size for making a large family meal. It does great at browning the meat that you add first and then cooking everything that you add after to a wonderful soft doneness. Cleanup is a breeze and nothing stuck to the bottom. I use this pan often.

This is a heavy- duty pan! I make subscription meals three times a week and they almost always have a one- pan meal where you add a few ingredients at a time and fluctuate the heat. This pan is perfect for that! We cook a whole meal for a family of six in it, and it's easy to clean.

Love this pan!
I’ve been waiting for this pan to be available to buy on its own and I absolutely love it. I’ve used it for frying tons of eggs at once and making meatballs, but I use it most often for making pasta sauces, and then have space to mix the pasta in as well. I hang it near the stove when I’m not using it which worked out — would definitely recommend figuring out where you’re going to store it before buying. But so worth it.
