Great shampoo
I been using Blackwood for men products for 5 years. Thue Hydroblast moisturizing shampoo does a great job wahsing off dirt and excessive grease off my hair. Having greasy hear isnt fun, but blackwood does the job.

Smells terrific
Mildly scented hydrating shampoo with great botanical ingredients, the combination of green tea and coconut oil and ginger make for an almost unisex smell, though clearly a masculine lean makes my husband hair look and smell great. Not too heavily scented, which is great for us.

Something new that actually works.
All needed for any type or hair or even baldness is 2 pumps and your good to go. I have a problem with flakes on the top of my head, that only certain products have been able to clear it and this company being one of them. The fragance is something one might need to get used to in the shower but overall it does what it states on the bottle.

Freshens and Cleanses!
This shampoo is full of fine ingredients like green tea which is designed to promote hair growth and prevent loss, and shea butter which help to keep my hair feeling soft and well moisturized. It has quite a thick consistency right out of the bottle and is clear in appearance. It really doesn’t have any kind of smell that I can put my finger on, except that it smells fresh and clean. It lathers up really well and I usually only need one wash and rinse for my hair to benefit and feel squeaky clean and moisturized. It comes in an attractive black bottle with white writing and looks right at home in any gent’s bathroom.

Clean and shiny hair!
Great smelling shampoo. Has a masculine and fragrant smell. Does a good job in making your hair feel clean and shiny, and doesn't leave it dry. Has some great natural ingredients which seem to strengthen hair!

Good men's shampoo that checks most of the boxes even though nothing particular stood out.
Was excited to try this today when it arrived. I like the idea of more natural ingredients in my shampoo for my hair - which tends to try normal to oily. This is labelled for dry or normal but it felt good trying it the first time. Smelled good, could feel it working my scalp with a good lather. The slight disappointment is that afterwards I didn't really notice much difference in how my head felt, which maybe I set the bar too high.

Makes My Hair Feel Dry
This definitely isn't my favorite product that I've used. The shampoo actually makes my hair feel a lot drier. I don't usually struggle with dry hair, I would say I lean more on the normal texture. The sosp doesn't sud at all, so that took a little time to get use to. The smell is pretty mild, which is nice. Overall, I would not buy this product or recommend it.

Smells amazing
This is a three in one body wash and shampoo that smells amazing and cleans as well as it smells. It left my hair feeling light and not weighted down and left my skin hydrated. After showering I felt clean from head to toe

Good shampoo!
A very nice shampoo. The fragrance is extremely pleasant and not over powering. Hair felt nice and smooth after use and seemed to last a whole day. Would purchase if price is right. Minor company though, a 7oz bottle shouldn't be shipped in such a huge box. I don't really care but some environmental types might make a fuss about it

Works wonders
I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. I have to say, it works really well. It smells amazing and the smell lasts all day. It works well on my dry hair giving it a boost of moisture. It contains green tea, arginine , and Shea butter which are fabulous for hair. I use it daily and have a had no adverse reactions. It really makes my hair feel healthy and clean.

Horrible scent
I would never have purchased this product if it wasn't a free sample. This shampoo had the WORST smell that I have ever had in a shampoo. It frankly smelled like I was putting tar into my hair instead of shampoo. Instead of Black "wood" shampoo, it should be called Black "tar."

Fresh and gentle shampoo for men
This Blackwood shampoo is gentle and fresh. My scalp can get dry and my hair doesn't do well with harsh shampoos that take out oil but don't replace it. Because it is hydrating and includes green tea and shea butter this Blackwood shampoo leaves my hair feeling full and healthy, without the need to condition. It accurately describes itself as moisturizing and soothing. For me this balance is important and Blackwood fulfills my needs, so I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

Don’t notice much of a difference
I’ve been using this shampoo for a few days and haven’t really noticed a big difference from my normal generic shampoo. I can’t say that it moisturizes any differently or better. The consistency is a bit like a thick syrup and it doesn’t lather as much as other shampoo, but I think that’s because it’s more “natural” than other shampoos. It has an earthy, grassy scent.

Wonderful shampoo
This shampoo is really good. It cleans my hair and scalp really well. It leaves my hair soft and shiny. I see my hair more healthier and more shinnier after used it for a week. It lathers really well and gives you me that clean feeling.

It does repair the hair extremely well.
Having multiple benefits in one item does wonders in many levels. The shampoo lathers very well and make my words when I say a little goes a very long way,no need to use a heavy amount. I wanted more of a soothing effect on my hair and less itchiness overall while being softer. The small is pleasant and masculine for me which I also enjoyed. Packaging of the item is sturdy and well made overall for a shampoo.

A decent shampoo, but not for me.
I am a person who likes to wash his hair on a regular basis and that's great. However, I have to say that this particular hair product is not my favorite. The scent is okay and consistency is passable, but I really don't like the fact that when I wash my hair with this I see more of my hair in the drain than I did before I used this product. I'm all about keeping as much of my hair as possible and I'm not saying that this gets rid of hair, but I'm going to stick to my mane and tail product, no offense Blackwood.

Great Scent; Disappointing Texture
I enjoyed the scent of this shampoo and it had a nice lather in the shower. Unfortunately, after rinsing and drying my hair, my hair felt dry/stiff compared to my usual shampoo. I also felt like my hair had a slight residue in it throughout the day.

Blackwood a bold scent that hydrates
I selected this shampoo based on the claim it can hydrate dry hair and after a few uses can't say ive seen much of a difference now i'm guessing i need to use it more to really see change but on the plus it has a nice scent and easy to store because of the smaller bottle so if you have dry hair i'd give it a look.

Great level of clean for your hair
Blackwood for Men's shampoo left my hair feeling incredibly clean without leaving my scalp dry. This could be due to the botanical ingredients. But with only a faint smell, I think the additional oils are mostly keeping up with trends. With only a small amount, you can get a decent level of soap/bubbles. Which means one bottle will last you enough to match the cost.

Fresh Smelling, Clean Rinsing
I received this shampoo for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I've been using it for the past several days and I found it to be fresh smelling, light and "clean" feeling. It left my hair feeling and smelling great. I would highly recommend.
