Wrong book description
Whoever wrote the description for this book got it wrong. The city had no idea there was a serial killer, and the killer has no idea the detective’s daughter even exists. The daughter and killer never have anything to do with each other at all. The book is basically about a detective following dead end leads. Nothing exciting happens until like the last 30 pages of the book. The title doesn’t go with the book at all. Super disappointing, save your time.

This book was SO PAINFUL TO READ. This very obvious male writer only used the word beautiful (over and over again) and occasionally the word stunning, to describe women in the book. He made his main character out to be a super great detective with TEN kids living in NYC. Nothing about this is realistic or fun to read, it just made me queasy and I returned the book. The writing was baaaad but the plot was even worse. Extremely predictable, waste of time and money.
