  • A: I would say yes. This book has been recommended to my 13 year old by her friends multiple times. I've learned that most kids at 13 know more than they should. So it should be ok for a mature 13 yr old

  • A: Probably not. Has teen pregnancy, suicide, drinking, dealing with loss at a young age, PTSD…topics that I think would be too mature for a 13 year old. It would be more appreciated by an older teen

  • A: It depends I would say if you think the 13 year old in question, could handle it? There a lot of mature and serious topics in the book and while this is something I could've handled at 13, I can see why it wouldn't really be appropriate to recommend to a young teen.

Redemption!

I did not like the first book. The second book made up for it. I only read this book because I already bought it and couldn't return it. I told myself it was fate, and it was a sign to give it another try. Thank goodness because I wound have missed out on three great stories. All of them touched my heart, and the ending was perfect.
