We absolutely love this stair step. The straps add a lot of movability and freedom and we love how it counts steps, time, AND calories. Not only that but it was so easy to assemble and understand, and we are able to move it to whatever spot in the house we want with ease. It was also the most affordable option by far. Highly recommend!

Happy winter ahead
The stepper arrived early, it's exactly as described compact that I was able to slide it under a chair when not in use. There is nothing to assemble unless connecting the exercise band or the tension knob count. Sturdy Definitely will not be worried about falling apart, only thing left for me to do is learn how to use the speedometer l? In the meantime count away, next I look forward to doing more stepping indoors let it snow, happy holidays

Convenient machine
This machine gives you a great little workout. It's pretty light so it's easy to carry. No assembly required. You can adjust the tension easily to suit your needs and it is quite sturdy. Great for both upper and lower workout.

Really good home replacement for the Stair climber
I really like using the stair climber at the gym but I don't have the room for one in my place. This is a great little substitute, I am bigger woman and was worried about the sturdiness but it is perfect, I didn't feel like it was going to fail me or I would fall but it has worked perfectly. I can seem to figure out how to use the counter.This is a great machine to use for your legs.

Sturdy and Amazingly quiet!
I bought this to replace my Sunny Health and Fitness model after its cable broke and am glad I gave this one a try. It is a very solid little piece of equipment and I appreciate that it comes with lubricant and wrenches so I don't have to guess what to use for maintenance.I wish the treads on the foot petals were a little more pronounced and am glad I saved the resistance bands from the Sunny because they have foam grips and these are hard plastic so are not quite as comfortable to hold but are much more securely attached through holes that are actually part of the unit's frame rather than rings that are attached to the frame.I also love that the adjustment knob is on the back of the unit rather than the front which was very difficult to get to on the Sunny.I really didn't expect there to be much difference between this and the Sunny's performance but this far exceeded my expectations because it is amazingly quiet and smooth unlike the Sunny which makes it more comfortable to use even though the resistance seems slightly stronger.Like the Sunny it's weight capacity is actually 220 pounds rather than the 300 the product description states so I think TRAKK should correct that.I've only had it for a few days so I expect it to squeak at some point but every time I'm on it I am still amazed at how quiet it is and my cats who would hurry out of the room while I used the Sunny are happy to lie right beside me while I'm using this one so we're all quite happy with it.

I'm super glad I purchased this item. It's very easy to use, very sturdy, and it's equipped with resistance bands so you can work on your arms while working on your legs all in one! You even get your steps in to avoid walking outside, in rainy weather, hot weather, etc! You won't slip at all and it's perfect if you have a standing desk and need the exercise!! I love this product and would recommend to anyone!

I did not read the instructions when I first opened it.. like 90% of the users .. so I was a little disappointed bc I thought the pedals didn't go up as high as they should to make an impact on the user when working out. turns out they do, you just have to adjust the knob. great purchase over all and I'm excited to use it this November!

I ordered this stepper at the end of June, and waited until now to write a review because I wanted see if the product would hold up over time. I bought this stepper because it was the only one I could find that: (1) was reasonably priced; (2) had resistance bands; and (3) had adjustable tension levels to increase the step resistance. Those three features together make this stepper superior to the others in this price range, and even some of the steppers in a higher price range. It came out of the box already assembled, and the instructions are straightforward. The stepper is sturdy but not too heavy to move to other rooms. I use it while watching TV, so it is important to me that it is not too loud. It was very quiet at first, but after a few days it started to be a bit noisy. Fortunately, it comes with some oil, so this was an easy fix. And most importantly, I feel like it's working! I actually get a decent workout - I can feel it in my hamstrings, calves, and glutes. Overall, I would recommend buying this product.

Now I can STEP while watching TV
I find this to stepper to be well constructed, and easy to put together. Once I took it out of the box within 20 minutes I was stepping. The only thing I wish was different is that it had adjustable resistance bands because I'm short, so I have to wrap the bands around my hands to get any kind of resistance. But, I thought I could just use some light hand held weights and rotate arms while stepping to get more benefit. Overall, it beats sitting on the recliner while watching a few favorite TV morning shows.

COVID19 WFH buddy
Since I haven't been able to hit the gym because of the pandemic, this has been helping me to get some workout done at home. Range of motion is somewhat limited and you can't really control resistance level unlike elliptical. It's just simple machine that you can do the walk at home - plain, nothing fancy.It doesn't take up too much space and I store it under the desk when I don't use it. Therefore - not much of an eyesore like a bulky treadmill. It does make some squeaky noise from time to time when the surface by the wire gets little abrasive, but WD-40 can lubricate it easily. This is more of a general tip, but make sure you cover your floor when spraying WD-40. It is a manual grease and may grease your floor too. Otherwise you'll wind up being like me regretting wiping off the floor.

I LOVE this brand's products. This is our second from them, first was the elliptical. This is a great deal and an intense workout. The resistance bands are no joke, and the stepper works smoothly, and while I use my apple watch for tracking my workout, the step count is good/accurate and is a nice touch.For anyone worried about "balance" - simple pull the resistance bands to your hip and hold there, sometimes you'll need a break from the bands anyways because even at their "longest" they are still a great workout.I use the bands to lean also, from side to side, and maintain balance to ensure i'm working different areas AROUND my calves/ankles and not just staying in on space. This is crucial for hockey that I play to lean and shift weight constantly.This is an INTENSE workout, but don't be surprised if you struggle to do 5-10 minutes. Do what you can, and you'll feel results immediately. The small size of this is great as I can put it anywhere, anytime and do a quick workout. HUGE FAN!

What an awesome way to get in your steps! I bought it to keep near my home office desk since I have been working remotely due to pandemic. It is a well designed and well made stepper. I've been using it daily for a month now and my quads, hamstrings, and glutes are clearly toned and defined! It came assembled, all you need to do is attach the resistance bands and tighten the knob at the bottom and you will be all set!!! Highly recommend this product. I LOVE mine!
