Pretty, but very difficult to unroll and has bends and creases.

It's a pretty rug, my only complaint is that it was very difficult to unroll. The shag stuck to the backing making it physically taxing to open. It was very strange. It's also kind of bent, with creases, after being sealed so tightly but I'm hoping it settles into a more natural shape.

Below are several recommended methods to help reduce creases, waves, wrinkles, or kinks: Back-roll or reverse-roll the rug Unroll the rug and roll it back up in the opposite direction. To keep it secure, place heavy furniture on the rolled rug to prevent unraveling. Leave it rolled for 1–3 days. Use indoor rug or carpet tape Secure the corners and edges of the rug to help flatten the ends. For folded corners Fold the corners under and allow them to rest for several days. Lay the rug on a hard, flat surface Allow the rug to relax on a hard floor rather than carpet. Use a rug pad This helps prevent slipping and reduces movement that can cause bunching. Use a rug gripper for hardwood floors This will help keep the rug in place while it settles. Vacuum the creased areas Vacuuming can help the fibers relax and smooth out. Allow time for the rug to settle naturally In most cases, simply laying the rug flat and allowing time is all that’s needed for creases or waves to smooth out on their own. Optional: Double-sided carpet tape for full stabilization Run the tape along the perimeter of the rug and place an “X” from corner to corner underneath the rug to help prevent buckling.
