I can’t get enough of Dr. Teal’s Epsom Salt soaks. The melatonin one I use if I’m soaking before bed or really need a great night sleep. The scent is calming and the melatonin doesn’t give me a headache in the same way pills do. I use the entire 3 lb bag in my large tub and it’s perfect!

Game changer for relaxation. Scent is not overpowering like some other scented epsom salts. Definitely notice better sleep after using and it didn’t seem to leave any unwanted residue on the skin. Would most definitely recommend.

Works wonders for aching

Ugh absolutely amazing. I throw this salt powder into my vibrating heated foot tub and soak for about 20 minutes then I’m immediately ready for bed. Such a great way to wind down after a long day & it smells GREAT!

I’m trying to figure out a way to make a body spray with the smell. It is the most delectable happy peaceful smell. I think I’ve ever smelled. Does it help with aches and pains? Probably does, but I’m just scrubbing it all over my body in heaven from the scent literally

I love this! So relaxing
This is one of my favorite foot soaks to use! It’s so soothing after a long difficult day of work being on your feet. It doesn’t foam much but you can tell when it’s added that it has a different texture in the water that’s almost silky feeling. The packaging is great as the one I have reseals and allows for easy scoop ability each use. The smell is also amazing and relaxing. I love using it right before bed so that I can climb into bed extra relaxed.
