Honestly, if I could, I would give this headphone a zero. I never write reviews after a few months. The headphone makes this banging noise. I tried to restart it. Doesn’t work. Also, I can still hear noise in the background. Please do not spend your money. I wish I would have gotten Beats instead.

Exceeds my expectations
I wanted to replace a wired headphone, and after considerable reflection, I chose Bose Comfort headphones. I was not disappointed in this decision. The pairing happened seamlessly with my laptop, and when I added a Bluetooth transmitter to my large TV in my man cave, I was pleasantly surprised by how well Bose handled multiple pairings. I would suggest larger buttons for volume control and call acceptance. My experience was great and I'm thoroughly enjoying my purchase.

Love the fit and sound…but…
Love most everything about these, fit, sound and how it functions (for the most part) - BUT the fact that you cannot disconnect them from Spotify is SUPER annoying. I play Spotify over my home speakers during my workday. I bought these headphones for their comfort for work calls as I have developed some kind of outer ear pain that is exacerbated by most over the ear headphones. These are actually very comfortable and don’t make the pain worse. But when I turn them on they very frequently will start playing Spotify, interrupting my home sound system, when the Bluetooth connects to my phone. I’ve tried EVERYTHING recommended to get this to stop and it just can’t. This first world annoyance problem is causing me to drop 2 stars for an otherwise 5 star product.

Regarding Spotify, if your mobile device is the same one connected to the Bose QuietComfort headphones, the app will automatically route audio through them when Bluetooth connects. They connect automatically when turned on because of the multipoint connection feature. To reset this, you can turn off the multipoint feature through the Bose app, or clear the Bluetooth memory on your device so it won’t interrupt your Spotify playback. I honestly love them, my only problem is I have a smaller head so they do move while I'm moving sometimes and noise gets through. I know that's a me problem, just wish they made the headband a little smaller.

Love the noise cancelling
This is my third pair and I love all of them. I have always wanted a pink pair so when I saw this one I couldn't resist. When going to a baseball game they come in handy since they are noise cancelling and keep the music/announcements from the game toned down.

Glitching after 2 years - get warranty
I loved these for the comfort (I could fall asleep with them on) and the sound cancellation, but they started to malfunction around the 2 year mark. Audio glitches repeatedly while on and they randomly disconnect from my devices. I’ve also been told the microphone cuts out sporadically on calls. Battery life is still strong but the other problems are extremely disappointing given the price. If you buy, I suggest an extended warranty as I regret not getting one.

Worthless...0 stars if i could
Can’t connect to my iPhone 15 pro max. I fully charged them for 4 hours and despite holding the Bluetooth button to the right countless times, could not turn on Bluetooth pairing. They’re worthless if I’m going to have connectivity issues despite being cheaper than the air max pros.

WASTE OF MONEY
I’m giving it two stars cause it barely holds a charge for me to be able to use them. I’ve put them on the charger and left them there and then when I go to use them, they’re not charged. I missed the return window, but what a huge waste of money.

Fitting of headset
Bought about 3 weeks ago and as always the quality of bose is what I have come to expect. The only downside is that I find the headsets too big for my head and after a while the top of my ear starts hurting as they push on my ear. I wish they could be adjusted even smaller than the smallest. Thank you!

Great Sound, But …
The sound is great. But the ear cups are too small; they hurt my ears. Also, the sound controls are awkwardly located.

Ok but not great.
I purchased these about a month ago. They work well but not as good as expected. The fit on my ears is a bit awkward and they are not true noise canceling but they do eliminate some of the background noise.
