  • A: My bottom track is slightly warped, so the cats can get the bottom ball out. This makes it especially fun for them. We somehow lost one of the balls, so, I moved another to the bottom track.

    Constant favorite!

    10 month old Mr. Cuddles loves his heavy duty trackball toy! He has had it for about 4 months, and it is still the one he goes to again and again. We have several toys like this, but the weight of the balls and the 3 levels make this the most interesting. The balls make a louder sound than most due to the weight, but the weight is also what makes the balls continue to move around the track. The top is now covered so cats and kittens won’t get their heads stuck. Great toy overall and very affordable!! Highly recommend!

    Play by herself but can be loud

    Usually my cat doesn't like toys but she loved this. I like that she can keep herself entertained without me. The only problem is it can be too loud in the middle of the night. So I would suggest keeping it far from any bedrooms.

    Best toy!

    Needed a toy to keep my cat busier and tried this toy out. He LOVES IT! He goes back to it over and over again seems like it mentally stimulates him to calm down a little after playing with it but he sure loves it! It's simple but effective! Recommend!

    Excellent cat toy… No longer! Bought four times but never again.

    Bought one for our cats. It was beautiful and the cats loved it. Bought one for my sister and my daughter‘s cats. They both loved it. Gave ours to my granddaughter for her cat. She played with it the whole time she was here over Christmas. Order a new one to replace it and not the same different quality, different design and terrible grading gravel sound when they play with it… Which has fortunately only been two times in a month. Very disappointing they changed the product.
