Disappointed
Two of the three rolls were defective. The adhesive under the white peel would stick to the white peel after pulling, when it’s supposed to stick to the actual insulation tape. No matter how careful we were pulling the white peel, the adhesive would not stay on the actual tape. Now the one and only tape that did work, obviously did not have this issue and worked very well. If all three of the rolls were like that one, I’d give it 5 stars. Maybe other buyers will be luckier than me.

Doesn’t adhere well
Used it around the window air conditioners but it didn’t help. I will continue to try it on other projects.

My house is old & the doors gap when closed. I tried felt tape but it wouldn’t let the doors close properly, had to slam them!! THIS tape saved the day!! Easy to put on & it KEEPS THE DRAFT OUT!! Amazing product for my windows too!! I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a much older home and my windows and doors have lots of issues keeping the hot air out in summer and cold air out in winter. I had recently used this on my living room windows and front door because it is starting to get cooler out. This seal is amazing and a very affordable way to keep my room warmer and hopefully this will save us money on our gas heating bill this fall and winter. Applying it to my windows and door was so easy and only took me minutes! I can absolutely tell the difference after I put them up. I couldn't notice any cold drafts seeping through the cracks anymore. I am sure it will be the same for the summer months as well and I am happy that I was able to use this instead of replacing my windows!

Keeps wind from getting in
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a month ago and used it to seal the screen doors on my house. It worked great to keep the air out and keep it warm inside. I can leave the screen door opened without worrying it that too much hot or cold air is getting in. I would definitely recommend checking out alien seal for your sealing needs.

I used it to seal around a window air conditioning unit because the rain and bugs were coming in. I used the product, and I found that I had no more problems. This tape sticks very well and it stays stuck through heat, rain etc. I will be buying this product again because it really works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alien Seal for drafts on windows will be a nice touch in the winter when we feel the most from the outside elements. This stuff STICKS! If you plan on replacing it, just know you will need some adhesive remover as the heat from the summer helps it bond. We don't have a lot of hot air flow in the summer because it radiates through the windows, but the winter draft should be cut down tremendously with Alien Seal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this on my windows, I can vouch that Alien Seal works perfectly. I’ve had an issue with a few cracks around my windows. They were big enough that you could feel the hit from outside when standing next to window. I used this seal and it’s remarkable how I can actually feel a change. I can keep thermostat at a practical number and still keep my front room nice and cool. And it was so easy. I was able to do it myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alien Seal is a strong adhesive tape that’s easy to use and apply. This tape is very flexible and instantly insulates gaps and cracks around windows and doors. My windows always feel drafty at the bottom when the weather starts getting cooler at night even though they’re fully closed. I installed this tape on the bottom and that reduced the intensity of the drafts. It's also weatherproof and able to stick to multiple materials which is a plus. This definitely helps seal cracks and gaps quickly in the short term but as for how long it’ll last that remains to be seen. Be sure to read the directions regarding the types of surfaces you’re able to use this tape on, otherwise you may get unwanted results.

Stays put
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting the house sealed up for the winter. I came across the Alien Seal and am happy I did. Its flexible and is easy to fit all shapes. It sticks and stays in place. I found it to seal out the drafts and water that comes with the changing seasons. I also tried to remove a small piece just to make sure I could remove if needed and it took some clean up but easy enough.

Especially in the upstairs bedrooms I can feels drafts around the edges, and it's getting to the time of year when the Michigan winter will soon be upon us again. I applied Alien Seal to first the bedroom window, then when that made a noticeable difference, to the bathroom windows and the rest of the bedrooms. I've already noticed a good difference, and am very much looking forward to seasons ahead of lower heating bills.
