A good affordable solution! The hydraulics are much more robust than expected. I am about 127 lbs and the pedals are a real challenge at the full step height.

This stepper is a great addition to my home gym. As as avid exerciser, I normally use my treadmill and spin bike. Since adding this stepper, I’m able to keep variety in my exercise routine. It’s great for the entire lower body while giving your upper body a workout as well. Highly recommend!

Limited time
I love everything about my stepper except for the limited time of 15 minute use. The directions state “15 minute use with 30 minutes of rest” due to the heating of the hydraulic tubes. I want to be able to use it for a 30-45 minute workout but that isn’t recommended. A 15 minute workout is just okay. The Sunny fitness routines on YouTube are a great compliment to the machine but don’t follow the advice

Ordering was easy enough and love the stepper itself. Im trying very hard to make lifestyle changes and im succeeding. The stepper is an important part of my new routine. Ive had steppers before but im more dedicated to losing weight than ive ever been. I have less room than i did before too. The stepper fits my situation perfectly. Pleasantly surprised !
I’m super surprised that I love this so much. It is effective, small, and easier to keep my balance on than I thought. It is easy on my knees too. I’ve been running for over a dozen years and this is STILL a workout. I will say, there is a period of about 2 minutes at the beginning of your workout where I feel like the equipment has to warm up. But, that could be my knees too! I highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing piece of equipment. It's like a stair-master, but for your desk. I work from home, and this is a great little machine for some quick cardio. Height is small enough to fit under my desk, and for me to carry from room to room. Overall, a great climber

I like it. I bought it to use at my standing desk while I work. My standing desk can go pretty high, so I wouldn’t recommend for an average height standing desk. I like that it’s small and light weight. It’s helps get the blood pumping into my legs after I’ve been standing or sitting too long. I wish it could tilt the opposite direction too, to stretch my calves, but I’m still happy with it.

Good value
The Total Body Step Machine is easy to set up and easy to use. I don't have the space for a larger piece of equipment, so the size is perfect. My only complaint is that the tension doesn't really adjust. I have trouble using it for an extended period of time for cardio. It's great for doing intervals of cardio and resistance though.

Okay workout, but the squeaking is driving me insane
I've had this little stepper for a couple of months and I really like it because it is so compact and is a reasonable substitute for walking outside when the weather is bad. But it has slowly developed an extremely annoying, and loud, squeak. I've tried various lubricants including a silicone spray with no improvement. I might be able to use it with headphones on, to drown it out, but I like to watch TV while using it, and that has become a challenge. So it started out great, but now, the stepper is slowly becoming a disappointment.
