    I had bought some land end towels years ago so thought I bought the same ones, but apparently, I didn't. They don't feel like they absorb and they pile something awful. I have washed 3 times now and not happy with the results, especially for the price I paid

    Love these towels!

    These are very soft and feel lovely on the skin. They're quite absorbent as well. They're very well made, but may not last 7 years like our last heavier Land's End towels. However, I'll give up a year or two for the lovely softness and absorbency.

    Disappointing

    I splurged and bought these towels because I saw them being highly recommended as "buy for life" towels. I've had them for maybe 6 months and they are falling apart. I follow the care instructions to a tee. I treat them so gently, but the looping is coming undone and I'm left having to trim the towels. Not something I expected for such expensive towels. They get 3 stars because they really are so soft.

    Quality has gone away!

    I recently purchased several full sets of towels with extra items to match. In 3 of 4 sets, the colors don't match across all the items. One set has turned from mint green to yellow in a few months. This last set I ordered was to replace the faded set and it too doesn't match colors--even when I chose Ivory to minimize the whole color situation. I have several sets that were good for 20 years (adult-use only), but the current product is such poor quality that I won't buy again.

    Pretty, but.....

    The deep blue color is pretty and they are very thick towels, also a bit bigger than expected. But the amount of blue lint that has come off of these is crazy! Washed twice so far, I hope it stops shedding or they are impossible to use.

    Not the towel Lands End was known for

    This is not the Supima Cotton towel I have purchased for years. I am so disappointed in Lands End. This one is thin and not at all soft and fluffy. And the darker towel bled onto the lighter towel. Not too long ago I read a towel comparison and Lands End won. Why would you change a winning towel? Had I not already washed them I would have ret.

    Super soft!

    After using these super soft towels, I had to order 2 more sets. The difference in softness between them and ones I had been using for 2 years was so great that I had to replace the older towels.

    THESE ARE THE BEST TOWELS I HAVE OWNED!

    I have bought these towels for years, and I am especially fond of the massively large bath sheets. However, the current colors are not the colors that I want. The beautiful blue towels that I bought about two years ago are no longer available. There are a navy blue towel and a washed-out light blue towel available for sale, but neither matches what I have. I miss the deep blue towels they used to sell. If you are going to sell premium towels at premium prices, don't discontinue popular colors.

    Great Quality

    We love these towels because they remain soft after laundering, they're a great size and they don't fall apart or shed after each wash. Great quality. This is the second time we have purchased them and we will continue to come back for more.

    Won't Stop Shedding

    So disappointed. Love the look and feel of these towels....but, I've washed them 7 times and I am still picking lint from my skin after showering. I've always loved Lands End clothing, shoes, etc, but these are a huge disappointment.

    Mismatch color betwn DARK SAND towels and Bath Mat

    The towels seem thin and cheap...not very absorbent. But the real prolem was the mismatch in color DARK SAND between the Dark Sand Towels and the Dark Sand Bath Mat...Not Even Close in Color! It all has to go back. They need a retail store that can at least provide a color comparison display. I called both Kohls and Macys asking to see samples of the colors, but each said it was not available. Glad I purchased from on online vendor who has free returns.
