I like it so far
I have been taking these products for a while now... I noticed that when I stopped working out for a few weeks my gains stayed longer than usual ( I stop working out Every now and then) so I'm guessing they're working for me... I haven't seen a huge difference, maybe because I have a lot lost weight but now that I'm at my goal weight, I will take these consistently and see if the results are different
