    Craftsman needs improvement

    Hello, I assembled the rustic full-size bed and it looks new overall. However, a few pieces of wood had minor damage when I received them. Also, a few of the screw holes made by the manufacturer was flawed, so the screw would not fit properly. Because of this, I drilled a new hole to attach the bed panel correctly and lightly sanded the area. The bed is fully assembled and stable, and the modification is minor. Additionally, Additionally, the middle bed panel did not have two supports, so I installed two support legs under the center panel to provide better stability. The bed is fully assembled, sturdy, and the modifications are minor. Overall, in my opinion, the product deserves about 3. 5 out of 5 stars.

    We’re really glad to hear the bed feels sturdy and that assembly went smoothly! Our standard slat roll works well with all of our mattresses and most other mattresses on the market. That said, if you prefer extra support, we do offer a Premium Slat Roll with double the number of slats!

The boards themselves are also a little rougher than I expected, so I would recommend gloves for assembly. . That said, the bed is nice asthetically and provides a simple and modern design.

    Disappointed

    A bit disappointing. Hardware holding main support bar broke on the first night and needed additional hardware installed by our handyman. Also, the wood is VERY soft and scratches easily.

    Color and look is natural and high quality

    Haven't set it up yet but the wood is high quality and I'm very happy with the color (rustic pecan) because it's exactly how I pictured it. It shipped on time and the customer service was really good when I had to return a nightstand because I bought the wrong color. . . will definitely be ordering from here again!
