Well made! Most amazing color! LOVE IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this with a comparable Yeti. The Hydro is fine, but not nearly as functional as the yeti, the handle is plastic and not functional. I tried to return it and Hydro doesn't allow returns if you have removed it from the shipped packaging. Do yourself a favor and go with the Yeti.

It got delivered to wrong address when I was expecting it I don’t know why

This lasted only a month before one side of the handle came out. Reached out to customer support for HydroFlask and they ended up sending a warranty replacement. We’ve had the second one for 2-3 months and the same thing just happened. I cut open the old one to see why this keeps happening and the handles are barely secured but a little piece that just comes loose and falls off. But you can’t get to the piece to put it back in place unless you cut the lunchbox open. (I included a picture of what the pieces look like intact and when they fall off.!

If you are looking at packing items in plastic or paper bags, this lunchbox will do the trick. If you are using a bento box or a bento/ice pack combo, then the lunch box is not quite large enough.

A lot of the other insulated lunch totes on the market are soft which means that sandwich is gonna be squished! The heart she keeps this safe, keeps it insulated and cold and love pulling our Capri Suns and sandwich out to enjoy a nice lovely lunch day at the park we'll definitely be filling this up for our next outing!

Breaks easily, save your money

Good size and color but the handle broke off working two months of use.

Good lunch box for my 5th grader, she isn’t a big eater, so the size works for us. (Others may find it a little snug) It is pretty shallow, so many of our reusable containers just won’t fit (it’s pretty rigid, you can’t just make it fit like you could with a lot of other lunch boxes/bags.) The best part of this box for me is the cleanability due to the smooth, sealed inner lining. (Not that crinkly type like other insulated bags). You can really get in there with a soapy cloth and get the sticky gunk off. Overall a good lunch box, should last at least a couple school years. Just keep an eye on it to go on sale!

Splurged on this lunch box because my son loved the colors only for it to last 1(!) week before the handle broke off.

I got this lunch box for my daughter's school lunches. We are 3 weeks into school and she brings her lunch daily to school, and today, when she went to pull out her lunch box from her backpack the handle broke! We can't figure out how in the world it broke!! Then my husband was trying to put it back together then the other side of the handle broke! Otherwise it is a great lunchbox.

This lunchbox is huge and barely fits in my son’s backpack and yet the inside is not big enough for his Thermos food container or to pack his lunch entire in half the time and we end up digging an old lunchbox or bag out of the cupboard. I basically have to go find a new lunchbox for him. Part of the problem is that it has pretty hard sides and so there is no give for wider items to fit in, unlike a soft side lunchbox that you can easily squeeze things into. It is way overpriced but my son loved the color and the lunchbox section had been cleaned out so we got it even though $40 seemed outrageous for a lunchbox. The quality seems good and it has held up so far but that does me no good if I can even fit his lunch in it or fit it in his backpack most days.

Do not buy!!!!!! Handle fell off

My daughter bought this ridiculously priced lunchbox herself because she loved it. It made it 3 weeks into the school year and the handle broke.
