Dear Target Customer Support, I am writing to report an issue with a cabinet I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the assembly instructions contained incorrect and misleading information, which made the process unnecessarily difficult. Specifically, the instructions referenced part numbers incorrectly. At one step, the guide indicated that a “#10” piece was required, when in fact two “#11” pieces were needed. Additionally, there appears to be only one #10 piece included, which is actually intended for a completely different section where alignment is flush. This mismatch caused confusion and required rework during assembly. Beyond the numbering errors, several parts did not align properly. Some sections could not be made flush as intended, suggesting either design or manufacturing inconsistencies. Additionally, one of the nails provided does not fully insert into the designated area, even when applied correctly, which raises concerns about the overall quality and durability of the product. Overall, the inaccuracies in the instructions and the issues with fit and hardware significantly impacted the assembly experience and the final result. This item comes completely disassembled and the instructions for assembly are so confusing (with at least one typo that made it even more aggravating). It literally took me days to assemble. My husband couldn’t believe it. Finally I had it fully assembled and ready to go and I will say the look of the final product is really nice- it’s clean and petite and perfect for our small bathroom. It also comes with a black fabric laundry bin that can hold at least a few bath and hand towels. BUT then I realize, as I’m about to pull the bin out to wash said towels, that the front door doesn’t open enough to take the bin out. So I need to pull the towels out instead which completely defeats the purpose. The only benefit is that it conceals dirty laundry. At this point I don’t plan on returning it after how long it took to put together, but I would not have purchased it initially had I known what I know now. Unfortunately would not recommend this product.

This is so difficult to assemble. I am on my second evening after work trying to figure out the assembly. I am about ready to throw it in the dumpster. The directions are awful and not clear to read.

The hidden hamper hides stains too well �C I forgot dirty clothes were in there for a week lol

I was surprised by how deep the hamper is. Easily fits 2-3 days of laundry for one person.

We've had it for months now and it still looks and works like new.

It fits snugly next to my sink and makes use of an otherwise wasted corner.

I use it more for towel storage than laundry, and it works great!
