    Awful.

    Just bought the new formula as my old expired. This is absolutely awful. I can get passed the bad smell, but as soon as this touched my face, it immediately began to burn like crazy. I couldn't even leave it on for the entire five minutes, I was terrified my skin was peeling off. Sure enough, there giant red burn marks on my face now and the hair is barely lightened. I've used Sally Hansen faithfully for the last 20+ years and never, ever had a reaction like this. I can't use this product any longer.

    Okay

    This Sally Hansen Bleach Cream For Face and Body does work okay but I just do not think it is for me. I would prefer other methods that involve actual hair removal instead of just bleaching the hairs.

    Missing and damaged items

    I ordered this item, it came with 2 of the bleaches and none of the activator, so it's unusable unless I have a developer, which I don't. They sent me a replacement and this one has both of the ingredients HOWEVER the mixing tray it came with is damaged and unusable and the applicator is missing. Target, what the heck? You need some quality control. If I order this, the expectation is that all the correct ingredients and tools are there and not damaged. I can use this because the 2 kits with missing items somehow make one functional kit...

    New formulation is horrible

    I used the original formula for 15+ years. This new formula is terrible. The first thing I noticed was how awful it smells. It smells like terribly cheap perfume and the scent doesn’t leave your skin after washing it off. The new spatula is too big and does not allow for detail work like around your eyebrows, hairline, etc. And lastly, the bleach itself does nothing. I will be switching to Jolene.
