Changed recipe, not good anymore, taste terrible
These were my favorite noodles! Key word being WERE. I ate them at least 2x a week. I had a whole routine with them. I recommended them everyone who would listen. They were that good. However... I won't buy them again unless they put bold labels saying they went back to the old recipe. They ruined these. The sauce is terrible now. I'm trying to figure out how to mitigate the weird taste, so I can at least finish the bag. I might try adding a little mirin & some oyster sauce, but I don't know. I may just make my own sauce for the noodles & throw these packs away. I'd rather pay the price I was paying before (even tho it went up) to have the same noodles & sauce than pay less for this garbage. And I hate to give a bad review. I'd rather not review at all than say something negative -- but these folks ruined my favorite ramen & I want it back! It's so disappointing. My absolute favorite ramen is just junk now. I don't know if they got bought out by another company or what. I'm thinking of just buying the plain A-Sha noodles now since I've got to make my own sauce now to make this edible. Goodbye Momofuku. I loved you, but you're trash now. Wtg!

No Good
Disappointing. Can't believe how expensive these were for some noodles and a pack of soy sauce. I had to add so much stuff (pork, veggies, sesame oil) just to get some enjoyment out of them.

I’m so sad the recipe changed! The new recipe is not nearly as good as it was. We used to love Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles so much but sadly won’t be purchasing anymore.

Not sure why they "fixed" something that wasnt broken before, but now it is :(
As others have shared, the recipe must have recently changed. Both the sauce flavor and the noodle texture are different, and not in a good way. I've kept these in stock in my house since they came out with them a few years back, and now I won't be buying them any longer. Sauce lost its flavor and has a chemical smell. ICK.

Warning flavor has changed!!
These USED to be my favorite noodles now they changed the taste and didn’t even disclose this on the package. Tastes terrible now like a horrible teriyaki nothing like the flavor described sadly.

They changed the recipe recently and it doesn’t taste as good. It tastes weirdly sweet. Very disappointing it used to be my go to meal. I like the new packaging it’s in but please just bring back the old formula.
