The ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc is a small but useful tool to help train your core, tone muscle, and improve your posture. The unstable surface requires your body to engage all of your core muscles, resulting in better balance and overall strength. The inflation amount can be adjusted for less or greater sturdiness, depending on your workout need, and the non-slip grip surface prevents slipping. Balance Disc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product . can use to practice balance while standing and sitting and many core exercises .but I got it to use as a seat in the garden and a quick knee pad for one knee. Very handy and easy to take around. Could also use foe outdoor picnic and concert.. Perfect seat anywhere and helps with posture while making a softer place to sit

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the stability disc--it's well made, inexpensive, and portable. I'm going to try sitting on it to see if it can help with some chronic back issues, but I would highly recommend!
