Q: I am trying to remove the mist nozzle as the tubing seems to be dirty but I can't seem to figure out how it gets removed. By the way, the instructions just says to remove the mist nozzle and clean it but again, no picture or instructions on how.

A: This is only for water. If you add essential oils to the water, you are likely to gunk up the machine.

I was really hoping this humidifier would work for me because it is a great price, but I found it to be unstable and knocked it over frequently, which got water all over the floor every time. I realize that that's my fault, but I felt like the product could be designed to be more sturdy. I liked that it had a low capacity tank because it's hard for me to carry bigger ones, but it was just too light to withstand any accidental bumps. There was also basically no way to avoid getting water on the floor when refilling it. I used it maybe 10 times, knocked it over probably 5 of those times, and one day it just didn't turn on. They offered me an exchange, but I didn't want another one. Maybe this will work for you if it's in an area of very low traffic and you put a thin absorbent cloth underneath it. I suggest a thin cloth because it will just tip over on a thicker one.

I am a senior and I ordered this humidifier through a CVS/Aetna insurance program. I have found it to be just as advertised. It can run for a full 24 hours without refilling. It is quiet and has a fine cool mist. I am satisfied with this product and I would recommend for smaller rooms, not for wide open concept areas. One suggestion; the instructions are clear except in the area of how to remove the mist nozzle. I would also like to be able to better clean the the tank. A bottle brush only reaches so far and then has to be bent to further clean the unit.

Not sure where the leak is or what went wrong but it leaks. also it is hard to clean the mildew inside the rim where the vapor comes out.

LASTED LESS THAN 1 YEAR Customer Service was kind enough to provide a replacement in November 2023 because I did not have my proof of purchase, however I tried to use the humidifier the other day and it doesn't work. It worked for approximately 4 months. I contacted customer service, and while friendly enough, was unable to help. When it worked, it was terrific, lots of output for the size, and nice looking, but sadly, I have to put it in the garbage. Definitely not worth the hassle.

I work in pt’s home to care for her and when I looked at r her humidifier… this brand , it was full of mold … I wanted to scream out of fear cuz all that mold and bacteria being diffused into the air probably made her sick and sicker !!! There are not warning labels on the back that says clean this price of 💩 🦀 regularly …. And parents or lay people don’t think that much about germ theory… I wonder what happens when I contact the insurance company and let them know the source of patient’s frequent hospitalization and how much will the health insurance company will sue this company … for the ppl who are buying this product, please find a way to clean your humidifier at least weekly if not more often … each part has to come off and needs to be cleaned separately… there is also no way to clean insides deep down for or small crevices … but plz be careful , your child or family could get sick from this device !!! Public health awareness….

0 stars ! Do not buy this unless you want mold and mildew that’s impossible to clean! There is no way to open the water tank fully and that’s where all the mildew builds up. Very unhealthy to breathe. Especially for babies
